The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the year 29 qualified for profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to at least one of the following groups: people over 50 years old, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in Bydgoszcz and Bydgoszcz County. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: 33 % of people aged 50 or over, 39 % women, 33 % disabled, 30 % long-term unemployed, 38 % low-skilled, registered with PUPs. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia ) należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób powyżej 50 r. ż., kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w Bydgoszczy i powiecie bydgoskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: 33% osób powyżej 50 roku życia, 39% kobiet, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 30% osób długotrwalebezrobotnych, 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
