The project consists of a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of eight public utility buildings, designed for the needs of administration, education and social needs in the city of Toruń, including:- warming of the ceiling- warming of the external walls at the ground- warming of the external walls- replacement of window and door carpentry windows and doors- modernisation of the installation of internal lighting- installation of automatic lighting- execution of photovoltaic installations- reconstruction of heating system- modernisation of the system of heating- hot water heating system. For many years, the municipality of Toruń has been conducting activities aimed at the thermal modernisation of all public buildings in its area. The thermal modernisation activities are included in the Multiannual Financial Plan of the City of Toruń and subsequent budgets of the city and each year are implemented entirely from own funds or with the support of external funds (including grants). The thermal modernisation of public utility facilities aims at reducing climate change and respecting energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. (English)

    Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji ośmiu budynków użyteczności publicznej , przeznaczonych na potrzeby administracji, oświaty oraz na potrzeby społeczne w mieście Toruń, obejmującej:- ocieplenie stropodachu- ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych przy gruncie- ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nadziemnych- wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej- modernizację instalacji oświetlenia wewnętrznego- montaż instalacji automatycznej regulacji oświetlenia- wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznych- przebudowę systemu grzewczego-modernizację systemu przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej-modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania.Projekt wynika z konsekwentnie realizowanej, przez Gminę Miasta Toruń, polityki zmierzającej do zmniejszenia zużycia energii przez budynki użyteczności publicznej oraz poprawy stanu środowiska naturalnego. Gmina Miasta Toruń od wielu lat prowadzi działania zmierzające do termomodernizacji wszystkich obiektów użyteczności publicznej na swoim terenie. Działania termomodernizacyjne są wpisane w Wieloletni Plan Finansowy Miasta Torunia oraz kolejne budżety miasta i każdego roku są realizowane w całości ze środków własnych bądź przy wsparciu środków zewnętrznych (w tym dotacji). Termomodernizacja obiektów użyteczności publicznej ma na celu ograniczenia zmian klimatu i poszanowanie energii oraz obniżenia emisji gazów cieplarnianych. (Polish)
