This project concerns a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building of the Municipality of Łysomice, in the Łysomice commune. The scope of improvement in the building includes, among others, warming of the floor in the basement, replacement of external doors, warming of non-ventilated external walls, construction of mechanical ventilation systems, warming of foundation walls, replacement of external windows, warming of non-ventilated ceilings, warming of external walls warmed up (including the dismantling of existing warming). Thermal modernisation in facilities belonging to local government units within the Integrated Territorial Investments (ZIT), i.e. projects related to deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of public buildings. The project responds to the problems identified therein, including the main problem: low energy efficiency of the public utility building of the Municipal Office in Łysomice. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building of the Municipal Office in Łysomice. The actions taken by the Applicant will contribute, among others, to reducing heat losses in the building, improving thermal comfort in the building, reducing expenditure on heating of the building, thus increasing the standard and comfort of the building and reducing the nuisance associated with the negative impact on the environment.The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of the Priority Axis 3 RPO WK-P for the years 2014-2020. Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy Łysomice, na terenie gminy Łysomice. Zakres usprawnień w budynku obejmuje m.in. docieplenie podłogi w piwnicy, wymianę drzwi wejściowych zewnętrznych, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych nieocieplonych, wykonanie instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, docieplenie ścian fundamentowych, wymianę okien zewnętrznych, docieplenie stropodachu niewentylowanego, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych ocieplonych (wraz z demontażem istniejącego docieplenia).Inwestycja wpisuje się w typ projektów przewidzianych do dofinansowania w ramach Działania 3.5 Efektywność energetyczna i gospodarka niskoemisyjna w ramach ZIT, Poddziałania 3.5.1 Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym w ramach ZIT, Schemat: Termomodernizacja w obiektach należących do jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych (ZIT), czyli projekty dotyczące przedsięwzięć z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynków publicznych. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane w nim problemy, w tym problem główny: niska efektywność energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy w Łysomicach. Głównym celem realizacji przedsięwzięcia jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej Urzędu Gminy w Łysomicach. Działania podjęte przez Wnioskodawcę przyczynią się m.in. do ograniczenia strat ciepła w budynku, poprawy komfortu cieplnego w budynku, obniżenia wydatków na ogrzewanie budynku, a co za tym idzie podniesienia standardu oraz komfortu użytkowania budynku oraz zmniejszenia uciążliwości związanej z negatywnym oddziaływaniem na środowisko.Cele projektu są zgodne z celami Osi Priorytetowej 3 RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020.Dzięki realizacji przedmiotowego projektu zmniejszone zostanie zapotrzebowanie na energię o 67,2%.
