The subject of the project is a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the building in Niemcz on ul. At 2, which houses a common room and a post office. The project includes the following activities:- construction works,- investor supervision,- promotion of the project.The project includes thermal modernisation activities, i.e. warming of external walls, warming of ceilings, warming of walls on the ground and replacement of doors, as well as necessary preparatory and accompanying works. All thermal modernisation works carried out within the project result from the prepared energy audit. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building in Niemcz.The project concerns a project in the scope of deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building, and is therefore compatible with the types of projects envisaged for support under sub-measure 3.5.1. Energy efficiency in the public and housing sectors under the ITI, scheme: Thermal modernisation in facilities belonging to local government units within the Integrated Territorial Investments (ZIT). Moreover, through the actions planned under the investment, the project is coherent and contributes to the specific objective of the abovementioned sub-measure.The project will not be implemented in partnership and is not covered by public aid. Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest głęboka i kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku w Niemczu przy ul. Pod Wierzbami 2, w którym mieści się świetlica i poczta. W zakres projektu wchodzą następujące działania:- roboty budowlane,- nadzór inwestorski,- promocja projektu.W ramach projektu zaplanowano działania termomodernizacyjne, tj. docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, docieplenie stropodachu, docieplenie ścian na gruncie oraz wymianę drzwi, a także konieczne do zrealizowania roboty przygotowawcze i towarzyszące. Wszystkie prace termomodernizacyjne realizowane w ramach projektu wynikają ze sporządzonego audytu energetycznego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej w miejscowości Niemcz.Projekt dotyczy przedsięwzięcia z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej, w związku z czym jest zgodny z typami projektów przewidzianymi do wsparcia w ramach poddziałania 3.5.1. Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym w ramach ZIT, schemat: Termomodernizacja w obiektach należących do jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych (ZIT). Ponadto poprzez działania zaplanowane w ramach inwestycji, projekt jest spójny i przyczynia się do realizacji celu szczegółowego ww. poddziałania.Projekt nie będzie realizowany w partnerstwie oraz nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną.
