Project entitled:"Termomodernisation of the Municipal Office building in Kowalewo Pomorskie, ul. It’s St. John. Mikołaja 5" refers to a project in the field of deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building. As a result of the investment, the energy efficiency of the building will be increased, the annual primary energy consumption will be reduced and greenhouse gas emissions will fall annually. Electricity and heat will be saved significantly. CO2 emissions will also be reduced. The innovation of the project is the installation of photovoltaic panels on the building: installing a photovoltaic installation using polycrystalline panels – will contribute to the production of electricity for the operation of the public utility building. Within the framework of this operation, the following will be carried out, inter alia: a) warming – ceiling, warming – outer walls, replacement of window joinery, replacement of light sources for energy efficient: replacement of existing light sources and incandescent light sources using LEDs, use of photovoltaic installations using polycrystalline panels, installation of nesting booths (mounted as compensation for lost breeding sites). Projekt pn.:„Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Miejskiego w Kowalewie Pomorskim, ul. Św. Mikołaja 5” dotyczy przedsięwzięcia z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji zwiększona zostanie efektywność energetyczna budynku, zostanie zmniejszone roczne zużycie energii pierwotnej oraz nastąpi roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych. W sposób znaczący zostanie zaoszczędzona energia elektryczna i energia cieplna. Nastąpi również redukcja emisji CO2. Innowacją projektu jest instalacja na budynku paneli fotowoltaicznych: zainstalowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej z wykorzystaniem paneli polikrystalicznych – przyczyni się do produkcji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby funkcjonowania budynku użyteczności publicznej. W ramach przedmiotowej operacji zostaną wykonane między innymi: a) docieplenie – stropodachu, docieplenie – ścian zewnętrznych, wymiana stolarki okiennej, wymiana źródeł światła na energooszczędne: wymiana istniejących jarzeniowych i żarowych źródeł światła na źródła światła wykorzystujące diody LED, zastosowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej z wykorzystaniem paneli polikrystalicznych, montaż budek lęgowych (zamontowane w ramach kompensacji za utracone miejsca lęgów). Podsumowując projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej i efektu ekologicznego. (Polish)
