The subject of the project is the renovation of a 1-family-standing house in Miłowice 44 (d. No. 231/1, Dziadowa Kłoda commune) with adaptation to the needs of the family child’s home. The works include a comprehensive renovation of the building consisting of, among others, changing the functional layout of the premises and adapting them to a family of 10 people (2 adults, 8 children – including 1 disabled). There will be 4 children’s rooms, 1 parents’ bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room, communication lines. The ground floor will be fully adapted to the needs of the disabled person. Thermonodernisation: warming the outer walls, warming the roof, replacing windows and boilers (constant fuel) for ecological hybrid (liquid gas+heat pump) The project will replace the electrical system, sanitary sewage and water supply Specific objectives – ensuring decent housing conditions, feeding, supplying clothing and other personal objects – creating a place to prepare patients for proper functioning in society, discovering their own predispositions and regaining their child’s faith in their own capabilities; in the absence of the possibility of adopting a child – care and upbringing in a foster environment – creating a home where there is a kind and safe atmosphere based on the personal culture of foster parents and pupils, mutual respect, assistance, cooperation – providing conditions for developing valuable personality traits and skills in self-solving their own life problems, responsible performance of duties, constructive use of free time. Przedmiotem proj jest remont domu wolnostojącego 1-rodzinnego w Miłowicach 44 (dz. nr 231/1, gmina Dziadowa Kłoda) z dostosowaniem go do potrzeb rodzinnego domu dziecka. Prace obejmują kompleksowy remont budynku polegający m.in. na zmianie układu funkcjonalnego pomieszczeń i dostosowanie ich dla 10 osobowej rodziny (2 os dorosłe, 8 dzieci – w tym 1 niepełnosprawne). Wydzielone zostaną 4 pokoje dzieci, 1 sypialnia rodziców, 2 łazienki, kuchnia z jadalnią, salon, ciągi komunikacyjne. Parter będzie całkowicie dostosowany do potrzeb osoby niepełnosprawnej.
