The subject of the School of Dreams project will be the implementation of complementary activities to improve the quality of teaching in schools supported (SP and middle school) in the Municipalities: The Novgorod, the Golden Stok and the Pleasures. The main problem of the project resulting from an individual diagnosis is insufficient quality of education in schools, characterised by: insufficient innovation (too weak school base, etc.), inefficient learning methods (no methodical studies), insufficient non-curricular activities developing key compensatory competences, lack of entrepreneurial attitudes, creativity and initiative of pupils, high level of abstraction of lessons and low adaptation of the teaching process to the student’s personality potential. All this leads to unsatisfactory competences of key school students supported – as confirmed by the results below the average voivodship from external ex. In response to the above problems we have created a project which aims at: Increasing the quality and attractiveness of the general education offer in the Municipalities: Novgorod, Zoty Stok and Joys by: introduction of a new tool – effective learning workshops aimed at improving key competences, appropriate attitudes needed to operate on the labour market in 442 and 471 school pupils and equipping6 study studios and improving teachers’ competence (48K and 5M) from 01.08.17 to 30.06.19. During this time, we will carry out trainings for teachers, equip the Schools with the necessary equipment to conduct classes, equip the subject studios for learning based on the experimental method and conduct active workshops developing key competences of the supported pupils. The project will result in a sustained increase in the quality and attractiveness of the general education offer available in schools supported in the Municipalities:Nowogrodziec, Złoty Stok and Cieszków (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu Szkoły Marzeń będzie realizacja komplementarnych działań do podniesienia jakości nauczania w Szkołach objętych wsparciem(SP i gimnazjum) w Gminach: Nowogrodziec, Złoty Stok i Cieszków. Problem główny projektu wynikający z przeprowadzonej indywidualnej diagnozy to niewystarczająca jakość edukacji w Szkołach, charakteryzująca się: niewystarczającą innowacyjnością zajęć (zbyt słaba baza szkoły itp.), nieefektywnymi metodami kształcenia (brak opracowań metodycznych), niewystarczająca ofertą zajęć pozalekcyjnych rozwijającychkompetencje kluczowei wyrównawczych, brak postaw przedsiębiorczości, kreatywności i inicjatywności uczniów, wysokim poziomem abstrakcji lekcji oraz niskim dostosowaniem procesu dydaktycznego do potencjału osobowościowego uczniów. To wszystko prowadzi do niezadawalających kompetencji kluczowych uczniów Szkół objętych wsparciem- co potwierdzają wyniki poniżej średniej województwaz egz. zewnętrznego W odpowiedzi na powyższe problemy stworzyliśmy projekt, który ma na celu: Wzrost poziomu jakości i atrakcyjności oferty edukacyjnej kształcenia ogólnego w Gminach: Nowogrodziec, Zoty Stok i Cieszków poprzez: wprowadzenie nowego narzędzia – warsztatów efektywnej nauki ukierunkowanych na podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw niezbędnych do funkcjonowanie na rynku pracy u 442dz i 471ch uczniów szkół oraz wyposażenia6 pracowni przedmiotowych i podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli (48K i 5M) w terminie od 01.08.17 do 30.06.19. W tym czasie zrealizujemy szkolenia dla nauczycieli, wyposażymy Szkoły w sprzęt niezbędny do prowadzenia zajęć, wyposażymy pracownie przedmiotowe do nauki opartej na metodzie eksperymentu i przeprowadzimy aktywnewarsztaty rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów objętych wsparciem.
