The object of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of three public utility buildings owned by the Żniń County, i.e. : 1. Building of the House of Social Assistance in Barcin at: ul. Polna 30, 89-190 Barcin, plot no. 403, 2. building of the Social Assistance Centre in Tonów at: Tonowo 52, 88-430 Janowiec Wielkopolski, plot no 196/2, 3rd building of Special Schools in Żnin at: ul. Mickiewicza 32, 88-400 Żnin, plot No 435/4, 435/5 and 435/6. In the buildings mentioned above, there are plans to carry out projects in the field of deep and comprehensive energy modernisation, including: a) warming of buildings, replacement of roof covering with insulation on the older part of the Special Schools Complex in Harvest, replacement of windows, external doors, b) reconstruction of heating systems, ventilation systems, LED lighting and the use of energy management systems, c) construction of RES installations in energy-conditioning buildings. Przedmiotem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej trzech budynków użyteczności publicznej, będących własnością Powiatu Żnińskiego, tj. : 1.budynku Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Barcinie pod adresem : ul. Polna 30 , 89-190 Barcin, działka nr 403, 2. budynku Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Tonowie pod adresem : Tonowo 52, 88-430 Janowiec Wielkopolski, działka nr 196/2, 3. budynku Zespołu Szkół Specjalnych w Żninie pod adresem: ul. Mickiewicza 32, 88-400 Żnin, działki nr 435/4, 435/5 i 435/6. W ww. budynkach planuje się przeprowadzenie przedsięwzięć z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej, w tym m.in.: a) ocieplenie obiektów, wymianę pokrycia dachu z dociepleniem na starszej części budynku Zespołu Szkół Specjalnych w Żninie, wymianę okien, drzwi zewnętrznych, b) przebudowę systemów grzewczych co i c.w.u , systemów wentylacji , oświetlenia na typu LED oraz zastosowanie systemów zarządzania energią, c) budowę instalacji OZE w modernizowanych energetycznie budynkach.
