The subject of the application for funding is the thermal modernisation of the building of the rural common room in Brzezinki. The main objective of the project is to revitalise social and economic activity in the area of revitalisation of the Zbiczno commune through the thermal modernisation of the rural common room building in Brzezinki. Through the implementation of the investment, a modernised common room building will be made available to residents, which will enable the public to become more active. There will be a place where social projects can be implemented, which will solve the problems diagnosed in the area of revitalisation. By the way, the energy efficiency of the common room building will increase, which has a positive impact on environmental protection, among others. The task is planned to modernise the building, including warming of ceilings, replacement of door carpentry and interior doors, installation of heating system through air conditioners operating in the heat pump system as a function of heating/cooling. In addition, the modernisation of the electrical installation and gravity ventilation system, the porch above the entrance in the aluminium structure together with the driveway for people with disabilities will be performed. This project is a response to the needs of society in terms of the need to ensure a place of activation of society. The infrastructure created within the project will be a centre for meetings and implementation of “soft” projects aimed at social activation. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem wniosku o dofinansowanie jest termomodernizacja budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Brzezinkach. Głównym celem projektu jest ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarze rewitalizacji gminy Zbiczno poprzez termomodernizację budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Brzezinkach. Przez realizację inwestycji udostępniony zostanie mieszkańcom zmodernizowany budynek świetlicy, który umożliwi zwiększenie aktywizacji społeczeństwa. Powstanie miejsce, gdzie będą mogły być realizowane projekty społeczne, które rozwiążą problemy zdiagnozowane na obszarze rewitalizacji. Przy okazji zwiększy się efektywność energetyczna budynku świetlicy, co ma pozytywny wpływ m.in. na ochronę środowiska. W ramach zadania planuje się termomodernizację budynku, w tym ocieplenie stropodachu, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej, wykonanie instalacji ogrzewania poprzez klimatyzatory działające w systemie pompy ciepła w funkcji grzanie/chłodzenie. Ponadto wykonana zostanie modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej i wentylacji grawitacyjnej, ganek nad wejściem w konstrukcji aluminiowej wraz z podjazdem dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Opisywany projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby społeczeństwa związane z koniecznością zapewnienia miejsca aktywizacji społeczeństwa. Utworzona w ramach projektu infrastruktura stanowić będzie centrum spotkań oraz realizacji projektów "miękkich", które mają na celu aktywizację społeczną. (Polish)
