Currently, there are 2 sewage treatment plants in the agglomeration area, in Pustków Żurawski and Kobierzyce. Both treatment plants are overloaded. The limit values for treated sewage are periodically exceeded. The subject of the project is the design and execution of comprehensive modernisation and expansion on the sewage treatment plant in Kobierzyce, located at ul. Clean, on plot no. 387/2, Kobierzyce perimeter. The scope of the undertaking shall comprise the following main elements: • technological sequence of mechanical sewage treatment • technological sequence of biological and chemical sewage treatment, • devices and installations of sludge management, • necessary technological and technical installations and networks within and between facilities, • development of the treatment plant site with discharge of treated waste water. As part of complementary activities outside the sewage treatment plant project in Pustków Żurawski will be liquidated. The sewage will be redirected to the EWC in Kobierzyce. These complementary actions will be implemented from the beneficiary’s own resources or, if possible, the grants obtained. Completion of the matter and obtaining the required quality of waste water is not dependent on complementary projects. There is only a dependency in the other way, i.e. it is not possible to complete the liquidation of the EW in Żurawski Pustków and direct sewage to the OŚ in Kobierzyce before the completion of the extension and modernisation of the OŚ in Kobierzyce. Obecnie na terenie aglomeracji funkcjonują 2 oczyszczalnie ścieków, w Pustkowie Żurawskim i Kobierzycach. Obie oczyszczalnie są przeciążone. Dopuszczalne normy dla ścieków oczyszczonych są okresowo przekroczone. Przedmiotem projektu jest zaprojektowanie i wykonanie kompleksowej modernizacji i rozbudowy na oczyszczalni ścieków w Kobierzycach zlokalizowanej przy ul. Czystej, na działce nr 387/2, obręb Kobierzyce. Zakres rzeczowy Przedsięwzięcia obejmuje następujące główne elementy: • ciąg technologiczny mechanicznego oczyszczania ścieków • ciąg technologiczny biologicznego i chemicznego oczyszczania ścieków, • urządzenia i instalacje gospodarki osadami, • niezbędne technologiczne i techniczne instalacje i sieci wewnątrz i między-obiektowe, • zagospodarowanie terenu Oczyszczalni wraz z wylotem ścieków oczyszczonych. W ramach działań komplementarnych poza projektem oczyszczalnia ścieków w Pustkowie Żurawskim zostanie zlikwidowana. Ścieki zostaną przekierowane na OŚ w Kobierzycach. Powyższe działania komplementarne będą zrealizowane ze środków własnych Beneficjenta lub, jeżeli będzie to możliwe, pozyskanych dotacji. Zakończenie przedmiotowego i uzyskanie wymaganej prawem jakości ścieków nie jest uzależnione od projektów komplementarnych. Występuje jedynie zależność w drugą stronę, tzn. nie jest możliwe ukończenie likwidacji OŚ w Pustkowie Żurawskim i skierowanie ścieków na OŚ w Kobierzycach przed zakończeniem rozbudowy i modernizacji OŚ w Kobierzycach.
