The main objective of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness and increase the level of innovation of the company through the introduction of new product lines into the market, resulting from the implementation of the innovative technological line and its equipment to the production process. The investment project submitted by us is related both to the needs arising from the previous cooperation with our recipient, as well as to the needs of the market trends. Investment activities are intended to lead to product innovation through the introduction of new products (high pressure collectors and distributors), as well as process innovation. Process innovation is a “background” for product innovation. The main elements of process innovation are innovative technical and technological solutions for the processing of copper pipes, enabling the creation of more complex pipes with greater bending geometry and larger diameters. The result of innovation will be automation and optimisation of production, reduction of operating costs of line equipment, and environmentally sound economy. Thanks to the new line, innovative, precise pipe processing technologies will be launched in the company. Currently, the beneficiary produces copper collectors for heat exchangers working at low pressures. The investment measures are intended to lead to the production of a product that could compete with Italian and German products. The increase in production volume, which will result from the implementation of new technologies, will increase sales potential. Diversification of production will force the company to hire additional people. An important effect of the project will be the improvement of working conditions, especially for direct production workers. The recipients of the innovative product will be Polish and foreign companies, mainly producers of exchangers. The objectives of the project will be achieved through; purchase of modern machinery, equipment and increase in sales value. (English)

    Głównym celem proj. jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności i podniesienie poziomu innowacyjności firmy, poprzez wprow. na rynek nowych linii produktów, będących rezultatem wdrożenia do procesu produkcji innowacyjnej linii technologicznej wraz z jej wyposażeniem. Zgłaszany przez nas projekt inwestycyjny jest związany zarówno z potrzebami wynikającymi z dotychczasowej współpracy z naszym odbiorcą, jak i potrzebami wynikaj. z trendów rynku. Działania inwestycyjne mają doprowadzić do innowacyjności produktowej, poprzez wprowadzenie nowych produktów (kolektorów wysokociśnieniowych oraz rozdzielaczy), ale także innowacyjności procesowej. Innowacja procesowa stanowi „tło” dla innowacji produktowej. Główne elementy innowacyjności procesowej to innowacyjne rozwiązania techniczne oraz technologiczne nowej linii do obróbki rur miedzianych, umożliwiające tworzenie bardziej złożonych rur o większej geometrii gięcia i większych średnicach. Efektem innowacji będzie automatyzacja i optymalizacja produkcji, zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji urządzeń linii, oraz prowadzenie bezpiecznej dla środowiska gospodarki. Dzięki nowej linii uruchomione zostaną w firmie innowacyjne, precyzyjne technologie obróbki rur. Aktualnie Beneficjent produkuje kolektory miedziane do wymienników ciepła pracujące na niskich ciśnieniach. Działania inwestycyjne mają doprowadzić do wytworzenia wyrobu, który mógłby konkurować z wyrobami produkcji firm Włoskich i Niemieckich. Wzrost wolumenu produkcyjnego, który będzie wynikiem wdrożenia nowych technologii, zwiększy potencjał sprzedaży. Dywersyfikacja produkcji wymusi na firmie zatrudnienie dodatkowych osób. Ważnym efektem zrealiz. projektu będzie poprawa warunków pracy, w szczególności dla pracowników bezpośrednio produkcyjnych. Odbiorcami innowacyjnego produktu będą przedsiębiorstwa zarówno polskie jak i zagraniczne, głównie producenci wymienników.
