GVS is a company which has been involved in the extraction and production of granite products since 2014. The subject of the project is the implementation of technologically advanced machines, thanks to which a fundamental change of the production process will take place in the company: —1 pieces of self-propelled drilling – introduction of innovation in the process of extraction of raw material, -2 bridge milling machines – introduction of innovativeness in the process of formatting cut-up grant plates. The implementation of milling machines will enable the introduction of product innovation – a granite cube of 6 pages cut in the shape of trapezoidal. The trapezoidal format will allow you to stack the granite cube without having to mount the joint between the cubes, which will significantly reduce the total cost of its intended assembly. The product will be offered in various thicknesses from 3 in 15 cm. It is also envisaged to manage the project by an external entity. The project envisages 4 new jobs: — drill operator – 1 posts – forklift truck operator – 1 posts – bridge mill operator –2 jobs Main objective of the project: increase the application of product and process innovation in Granite Von Striegau Sp. z o.o. with particular emphasis on the development of the RSI sector – NATURAL AND INTURAL SURVEY. The implementation of the investment will lead to a fundamental change in the production process, which will increase production efficiency (high machine efficiency and automation, which translates into minimising errors resulting from the operation of the so-called human factor). As a result, the company will be able to significantly reduce the execution time. In addition, there will be a noticeable improvement in the quality of production and offered products (high precision of formatting of cut granite boards). In addition, an environmentally friendly production process will be implemented, including saving raw material and reducing waste, reducing atmospheric and noise pollution, extending the life cycle of the product. GVS jest firmą zajmującą się od 2014 r. wydobyciem i produkcją wyrobów granitowych. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie zaawansowanych technologicznie maszyn, dzięki którym nastąpi zasadnicza zmiana procesu produkcyjnego w firmie: -1 szt. samojezdnej wiertnicy – wprowadzenie innowacyjności w procesie wydobywania surowca, -2 szt. frezarek mostowych – wprowadzenie innowacyjności w procesie formatowania pociętych płyt grantowych. Wdrożenie frezerek umożliwi wprowadzenie innowacji produktowej - kostki granitowej 6-cio stronnie ciętej w kształcie trapezu. Format trapezu pozwoli układać kostkę granitową bez konieczności montowania fugi pomiędzy kostkami, co zmniejszy to znacznie całkowite koszty jej docelowego montażu. Produkt będzie oferowany w różnych grubościach od 3 co 15 cm. Przewiduje się także zarządzanie projektem przez podmiot zewnętrzny. Projekt przewiduje 4 nowe etaty: - operator wiertnicy – 1 etat - operator wózka widłowego – 1 etat - operator frezarek mostowych –2 etaty Cel główny projektu: zwiększenie zastosowania innowacji produktowej i procesowej w Granite Von Striegau Sp. z o.o. ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rozwoju branży RSI – SUROWCE NATURALNE I WTÓRNE. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji nastąpi zasadnicza zmiana procesu produkcyjnego, dzięki czemu wzrośnie wydajność produkcji (wysoka wydajność maszyn oraz automatyzacja produkcji przekładająca się na zminimalizowanie błędów wynikających z działania tzw. czynnika ludzkiego). W wyniku powyższego firma będzie w stanie znacząco skrócić czas realizacji zamówień. Ponadto nastąpi odczuwalna poprawa jakości produkcji i oferowanych produktów (wysoka precyzja formatowania pociętych płyt granitowych). Ponadto wdrożony zostanie ekologiczny proces produkcyjny cechujący się m. in. oszczędnością surowca i zmniejszeniem odpadów, zmniejszeniem zanieczyszczenia atmosfery i hałasu, wydłużający cykl życia produktu. Wprowadzony zostanie nowy produkt. Tym samym przyczyni się do wzrostu konkurencyjności firmy na rynku. (Polish)
