In the course of the 15 year’s period of employment (5 years) for which the childcare in the town of Jerzmanowa was taken into account.The implementation of the project is a response to the diagnosed problems:- lack of nursery places on the territory of the municipality of Jerzmanowa;- lack of possibility to return to the labour market;- lack of trusted nurseries.The aim is to increase employment of 25 persons. 5 carers (1/1etat) and 5 carers (0.5/1etat). The negative situation in the commune will change by creating new care facilities, ensuring the day-to-day functioning of the nursery, purchasing the necessary equipment and teaching aid for the child’s development.Thanks to the implementation, the product indicators will be achieved:- number of childcare facilities created for children under 3-25;b) result indicators:- number of people who have returned to the labour market after a break from birth/education, after leaving the programme – 20 (15K);- number of people who have found work, who have left the labour market. W ramach projektu (p.) wsparciem zostanie objęty nowopowstały (wybudowany ze środków własnych Gminy Jerzmanowa) Żłobek w Jaczewie (Gmina Jerzmanowa, woj. dolnośląskie).Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy:- brak miejsc żłobkowych na terenie Gminy Jerzmanowa;- brak możliwości powrotu na rynek pracy;- brak zaufanych żłobków.Celem p. jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia 25os.(19K) pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez stworzenie 25nowych miejsc opieki dla 25dzieci(10K,15M) w term. od 07.2020 do 08.2022 na ter.woj.dolnośląskiego.Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowi:- 20osób (15K, 5M) powracających na rynek pracy po urlopach macierzyńskich/ rodzicielskich sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3;- 5osób (4K, 1M) pozostających bez zatrudnienia (w tym na urlopach wychowawczych) i sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3.W celu realiz. p. opieką zostanie objętych 25dzieci(10K/15M) w wieku od 20tygodnia do lat 3, dla opieki nad którymi zostanie zaangaż. 5opiekunów (1/1etat) i 5opiekunów (0,5/1etat). W celu właściwego funkcjonowania żłobka, zatrudniona zostanie również kucharka (1/1etat) i osoba sprzątająca (1/1etat). Negatywna sytuacja w Gminie zmieni się za pomocą stworzenia nowych miejsc opieki, zapewnienia bieżącego funkcjonowania żłobka, zakupu niezbędnych dla rozwoju dziecka sprzętów i pomocy dydaktycznych.Dzięki realiz. pr. zostaną osiągniętea) wskaźniki produktu:- liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 – 25;b) wskaźniki rezultatu:- liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu – 20 (15K);- liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy [po opuszczeniu programu – 5 (4K).
