The main objective of the project is to: Creation of at least 76 new and permanent jobs (min. 52 women) in the Dolnośląskie voivodship in the period until October 2018 by granting a non-refundable subsidy to start a business activity. The target group consists of people from the area of Dolnośląskie voivodship (inhabiting powiats: Lwowecki, Jaworski, Jeleniogórski land, Goldryjski, legnicki land, Dzierżoniowski, Kłodzko, Walbrzych land, Kamienna Góra and Ząbkowice since 30, those who remain unemployed in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. persons after 50 years, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed persons and low qualifications. It is assumed that 88 people will participate in the project, including a minimum of 60 women. Moreover, in view of the worse working situation and the numerous barriers, it is assumed that people with disabilities and women will take precedence in recruitment. In addition, at least 40 % of the participants (36 persons) will be expected to be residents within the meaning of the Civil Code rural areas. TASKS IN THE PROJECT: 1. Identification of the predisposition to independent conduct of business, 2. Organisation and provision of training and advisory support prior to the start of business activity, 3. Support for entrepreneurship As part of the project, it is planned to award grants for opening a business activity and bridging support for a minimum of 76 people. The main results planned to be achieved by the project: • Establishment of 76 jobs within the framework of ESF funds to take up business. • Maintenance of economic activities opened in the framework of the project for a period of not less than 12 m • Obtaining knowledge and competences to start a business by 88 people. Celem głównym projektu jest: Utworzenie minimum 76 nowych i trwałych miejsc pracy (min. 52 kobiety) na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego w okresie do VIII.2018r. poprzez przyznanie bezzwrotnej dotacji na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Grupę docelową stanowią osoby z obszaru województwa dolnośląskiego (zamieszkujące powiaty: lwówecki, jaworski, jeleniogórski ziemski, złotoryjski, legnicki ziemski, dzierżoniowski, kłodzki, wałbrzyski ziemski, kamiennogórski oraz ząbkowicki )od 30 r. ż. pozostające bez zatrudnienia znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. os. po 50 r.ż., kobiety, os. niepełnosprawne, os. długotrwale bezrobotne oraz os. o niskich kwalifikacjach. Zakłada się, że w projekcie weźmie udział 88 os. w tym minimum 60 kobiet. Ponadto w związku z gorszą sytuacja zawodową oraz licznymi barierami zakłada się, że podczas rekrutacji pierwszeństwo będą mieć osoby niepełnosprawne oraz kobiety. Ponadto zakłada się, co najmniej 40% uczestników projektu (36 os.) będą stanowiły osoby zamieszkujące w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego obszary wiejskie. ZADANIA W PROJEKCIE: 1. Identyfikacja predyspozycji do samodzielnego prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej, 2. Organizacja i udzielenie wsparcia szkoleniowo-doradczego przed rozpoczęciem działalności gospodarczych, 3. Wsparcie przedsiębiorczości W ramach projektu planuje się przyznanie dotacji na otworzenie działalności gospodarczej oraz wsparcia pomostowego dla minimum 76 osób. Główne rezultaty planowane do osiągnięcia w ramach projektu: • Utworzenie 76 miejsc pracy w ramach udzielonych z EFS środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. • Utrzymanie otworzonych w ramach projektu działalności gospodarczych przez okres nie krótszy niż 12 m-cy • Uzyskanie wiedzy i kompetencji do podjęcia działalności gospodarczej przez 88 osób.
