The main objective of the project “Bezz Return Grant – Key to Success” is to activate 65 people (including 36 women) unemployed, job-seekers and inactive people from 30 years of age, belonging to the most vulnerable groups on the labour market, inhabited area of Dolnielaskie voivodship, with particular attention to residents of rural areas and areas covered by revitalisation programmes in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, through financial support in establishing and carrying out economic activity during the period of 30.11.2019. January-March 2018).Each project participant, due to diagnosed problems of the target group, will belong to at least one of the following groups, i.e. persons over 50 years of age, long-term unemployed, women, people with disabilities and/or low-skilled people. At the recruitment stage, the Commission will assess the business ideas of potential project participants and examine their motivation to run the company. 80 people with the highest results from the recruitment phase will be directed to training with ABC entrepreneurship, including in the field of preparation of the business plan. The developed business plans will be evaluated, as a result of which 65 people with the highest ratings will receive non-refundable investment support for business establishments and financial bridging support during the first 12 months of operating. During this period, participants of the project will also be a bridge training and advisory support. Głównym celem projektu "Bezzwrotna dotacja - klucz do sukcesu" jest aktywizacja 65 osób (w tym 36kobiet) bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy i nieaktywnych zawodowo od 30 roku życia, należących do grup w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynkupracy, zamieszkałych obszar województwa dolnoślaskiego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich i obszarów objętych programami rewitalizacji na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego,poprzez wsparcie finansowe w założeniu i prowadzaniu działalnościgospodarczej przez okres minimum 12 miesięcyw okresie 02.01.2018-30.11.2019 (rekrutacja w okresie: styczeń-marzec 2018).Każdy z uczestników projektu, ze względu na zdiagnozowane problemy grupy docelowej, będzie należał do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup, tj. osób powyżej 50 roku życia, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Na etapie rekrutacji Komisja oceni pomysły na biznes potencjalnych uczestników projektu oraz zbada ich motywację do prowadzenia firmy. 80 osób z najwyższymi wynikami z etapu rekrutacji zostanie skierowanych na szkolenia z ABC przedsiębiorczości, w tym w zakresie przygotowania biznesplanu. Opracowane biznesplany zostaną poddane ocenie, w wyniku której 65 osób z najwyższymi ocenami otrzyma bezzwrotne wsparcie inwestycyjne na założenia działalności gospodarczej oraz finansowe wsparcie pomostowe przez pierwsze 12 miesięcy prowadzenia działalności. W tym okresie uczestnicy projektu zostaną także pomostowym wsparciem szkoleniowo-doradczym. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie utworzonych minimum 65 miejsc pracy w ramach udzielonych z EFS środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)
