Project Mon. “Termomodernisation of the Boniewo Municipality Office” includes the thermomodernisation of the public utility building, i.e. the Boniewo Municipal Office building, located at ul. School 28. in the village of Boniewo, powiat włocławski, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The scope of the project will include thermomodernisation works concerning projects in the field of deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of a public utility building performing public functions – for the fulfilment of public objectives, i.e. the Boniewo Municipal Office building. The building is owned by the Applicant. The project will be carried out on plot No. 256 within the registration area of 0009 Boniewo (limited parcels to plot 256: 104 and 257/2). The building in which the investment is planned is located outside the Natura 2000 network, as well as outside protected areas due to cultural heritage and monuments. The building has access to all media. Material scope of the project – preparatory work consisting of: preparation of project documentation, energy audit, investor financial statement, decisions and permits to start the investment, carry out a tender procedure, – thermal modernisation of the municipal building, – modernisation of central heating installations in the municipal building, – investor supervision, – management and promotion of the project, including information and promotion activities. The overall objective of the project is to improve air purity in the Boniewo Municipality by reducing pollution into the atmosphere by increasing the energy efficiency of the public building, through its deep and comprehensive modernisation, including the modernisation of lighting. As a result of the project 1 public utility building, with a total volume of 813.4 m³ and an area of 269 m², will undergo thermal modernisation works. As a result of the thermal modernisation work undertaken, 55.967 MWh will be saved annually, 55967.00 kWh/269 m² = 208.06 kWh/m². Completion of the investment is scheduled for 31.12.2020. Projekt pn. "Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy Boniewo" obejmuje termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej tj. budynku Urzędu Gminy Boniewo, zlokalizowanego przy ul. Szkolnej 28. w miejscowości Boniewo, powiat włocławski, województwo kujawsko-pomorskie. Zakres projektu obejmie prace termomodernizacyjne, dotyczące przedsięwzięć z zakresu głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej pełniącego funkcje publiczne – służącego realizacji celów publicznych, tj. budynku Urzędu Gminy Boniewo. Budynek jest własnością Wnioskodawcy. Projekt realizowany będzie na działce nr 256 w obrębie ewidencyjnym 0009 Boniewo (działki graniczne do działki 256: 104 i 257/2). Budynek, w którym planowana jest inwestycja jest położony poza obrębem sieci Natura 2000, jak również poza obszarami chronionymi z uwagi na dziedzictwo kulturowe i zabytki. Budynek posiada dostęp do wszystkich mediów. Zakres rzeczowy projektu - prace przygotowawcze na które składają się: przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej, audytu energetycznego, kosztorysu inwestorskiego, decyzji i zezwoleń na rozpoczęcie inwestycji, przeprowadzenie procedury przetargowej, - termomodernizacja budynku gminy, - modernizacja instalacji c.o. w budynku gminy, - nadzór inwestorski, - zarządzanie i promocja projektu, w tym działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza w Gminie Boniewo przez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery dzięki zwiększeniu efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej, poprzez jego głęboką i kompleksową modernizację, w tym modernizację oświetlenia. W wyniku realizacji projektu 1 budynek użyteczności publicznej, o łącznej kubaturze 813,4 m3 i powierzchni 269 m2, zostaną poddane pracom termomodernizacyjnym. W wyniku podjętych prac termomodernizacyjnych zaoszczędzone zostanie rocznie 55,967 MWh, 55 967,00 kWh / 269 m2 = 208,06 kWh/m2. Zakończenie realizacji inwestycji wyznaczone jest na 31.12.2020 roku.
