The WORLD building of inspiration is a public utility building, for which educational, educational, scientific, cultural and sports functions have been defined. The facility is located in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Brodnica County, Brodnica commune, Brodnica, at 30 Nad Drwęcą Street, 87-300 Brodnica. The building is located on plot 1029/7, registration area 0001 BRODNICA-MIASTO. The project is a response to the social emergency, which is insufficient, within Brodnica City, the number of public utility facilities with a defined, high thermal standard, aesthetics, functionality and socially appropriate good location. This needs result in a key PROBLEM covering low thermal standard, aesthetics and functionality of public buildings in Brodnica City, including the building of the Inspiration Studio located in Brodnica at 30 Nad Drwęcą Street. The task of the project is to perform comprehensive thermomodernisation and implementation of the direct CELU, which is to reduce heat loss, economical use of heat and increase the functionality of 1 public utility facility, i.e. The Inspiration Studio, located in Brodnica at 30 Nad Drwęca Street, was completed until 30.06.2017. The effect is to be achieved through renovation and modernisation activities including thermal modernisation of foundations and slabs, walls, floors and ceilings of the basement, ground floor and floor, thermal modernisation of the roof, construction of new sanitary installations with the use of RES in the area of heating and water heating, modernisation of electrical installations with installation of energy-saving and intelligent buildings. The achieved output and result indicators will be reinforced with a key environmental effect, i.e. obtaining a percentage savings in energy demand, including total efficiency at the level of over 96.38 %, which can result in an annual saving of PLN 12668.22. Budynek PRACOWNI INSPIRACJI jest obiektem użyteczności publicznej, dla którego określono funkcjonalność oświatową, edukacyjną, naukową, kulturalną oraz sportową. Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, powiecie brodnickim, gminie Brodnica, miejscowości Brodnica, przy ulicy Nad Drwęcą 30, 87-300 Brodnica. Budynek położony jest na działce 1029/7, obręb ewidencyjny 0001 BRODNICA-MIASTO. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na POTRZEBĘ SPOŁECZNĄ, jaką jest niewystarczająca, w obrębie Miasta Brodnicy, ilość obiektów użyteczności publicznej o określonym, wysokim standardzie cieplnym, estetyce, funkcjonalności i odpowiedniej społecznie dobrej lokalizacji. Z tej potrzeby wynika PROBLEM KLUCZOWY obejmujący niski standard cieplny, estetyka i funkcjonalność budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie Miasta Brodnica, w tym przede wszystkim budynku Pracowni Inspiracji zlokalizowanej w Brodnicy przy ulicy Nad Drwęcą 30. Zadaniem projektu jest wykonanie kompleksowej termomodernizacji i realizacja CELU BEZPOŚREDNIEGO, którym jest ograniczenie strat ciepła, ekonomiczne wykorzystanie energii cieplnej oraz zwiększenie funkcjonalności 1 obiektu użyteczności publicznej, tj. Pracowni Inspiracji, zlokalizowanego w Brodnicy przy ulicy Nad Drwęca 30, zrealizowane do 30.06.2017 roku. Efekt ma zostać osiągnięty poprzez działania remontowo-modernizacyjne obejmujące wykonanie termomodernizacji fundamentów i płyty, ścian, podłóg i stropów piwnicy, parteru i piętra, termomodernizację dachu, wykonanie nowych instalacji sanitarnych z zastosowaniem OZE w zakresie ogrzewania i grzania wody, wykonania modernizacji instalacji elektrycznej z instalacją założeń energooszczędnego-inteligentnego budynku. Osiągnięte wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu zostaną wzmocnione kluczowym efektem ekologicznym, czyli uzyskaniem procentowej oszczędność zapotrzebowania na energię z uwzględnieniem sprawności całkowitej na poziomie powyżej 96,38%, co może dać roczną oszczędność na poziomie 12668,22 zł.
