Realizacja projektu ma na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej, zmniejszenie emisji CO2 poprzez termomodernizację budynku Urzędu Gminy w Skrwilnie oraz budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Skrwilnie. Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Skrwilnie polegać będzie m.in. na wykonaniu takich prac jak: - w branży budowlanej: roboty tynkarskie, docieplenie ścian w części attyk, wykonanie obróbek blacharskich, roboty izolacyjne – ocieplenie stropodachu styropapą, roboty dekarskie i blacharskie, wykonanie nowego pokrycia dachowego z papy termozgrzewalnej, odwodnienia i obróbek blacharskich, roboty malarskie. - w branży elektrycznej: budowa wew. linii zasilającej, wykonanie nowej instalacji gniazd wtyczkowych z wymianą osprzętu, wykonanie instalacji oświetlenia podstawowego energooszczędnego, wykonanie inst. oświetlenia ewakuacyjnego i awaryjnego, montaż ochrony przeciwporażeniowej, wykonanie ochrony odgromowej, montaż ochrony przeciwprzepięciowej, branża sanitarna - modernizacja inst.
