The subject of the project entitled “Improving the quality of health services and increasing access to medical services in the Province Specialist Hospital of Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko in Włocławek” – thermal modernisation of hospital buildings No. 6, 7, 9 and 12 are the modernisation of hospital buildings, including: insulation of damp and thermal buildings, including replacement of windows, doors, outdated electrical installations. The planned modernisation work on buildings No. 6, 7, 9, 12 will improve the thermal management of the facility, which will reduce heat loss and reduce heating costs, as well as improve energy infrastructure (exchange of installations for energy efficient). The renovation of the building will ensure optimal conditions for the functioning of the diagnostic equipment of the Hospital, provide control over temperature, humidity and air circulation in the rooms. The changes applied will lead to improvement of the quality of services provided at the Hospital. As a result of the modernisation, the facility will be modernised and its aesthetics will be improved. Thermal modernisation will improve the thermal conditions of the Hospital, will allow patients to provide more comfortable conditions and stable hospitalisation conditions. Przedmiotem projektu pod nazwą „Podniesienie jakości usług zdrowotnych oraz zwiększenie dostępu do usług medycznych w Wojewódzkim Szpitalu Specjalistycznym im. błogosławionego księdza Jerzego Popiełuszki we Włocławku”- termomodernizacja budynków szpitalnych nr 6, 7, 9 i 12 są prace modernizacyjne budynków szpitalnych, dotyczą m.in.: izolacji wilgociowych i termicznych budynków, w tym wymiana okien, drzwi, przestarzałej instalacji elektrycznej. Planowane prace modernizacyjne dotyczące budynków nr 6, 7, 9, 12 poprawią gospodarkę cieplną w obiekcie, co przyczyni się do zmniejszenia utraty ciepła i ograniczenia kosztów ogrzewania, a także poprawi infrastrukturę energetyczną (wymiana instalacji na energooszczędną). Remont budowlany zapewni optymalne warunki do funkcjonowania aparatury diagnostycznej Szpitala, zapewni kontrolę nad temperaturą, wilgotnością i cyrkulacją powietrza w pomieszczeniach. Zastosowane zmiany przełożą się na poprawę jakości świadczonych usług w Szpitalu. W wyniku przeprowadzonej modernizacji obiekt zostanie unowocześniony i poprawi się jego estetyka. Termomodernizacja wpłynie na polepszenie warunków termicznych Szpitala, pozwoli na zapewnienie pacjentom bardziej komfortowych warunków i stabilnych warunków hospitalizacji. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zanieczyszczenia powietrza poprzez ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do atmosfery oraz zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków Szpitala.
