(72K and 48M), of which: —due to the status of the labour market: —70 %GD-84(50K,34M) will be unemployed, 25 % of which are long-term unemployed-21s.(13K,8M); —30 %GD-36(22K,14M) will be professionally engaged; — due to the special situation in the Republic of Poland: —50 %GD is an older person after 50 y.r.-60 persons (36K,24M); —50 %GD is a 60-person disability(36K,24M); —60 % GD is female-72os. —40 %GD are people living within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code rural areas-48 people (29K and 19M)-rewarding criterion 5. 4. 1. Przedmiotem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 120 osób(os.) od 30 roku życia (r.ż) pozostających bez zatrudnienia, które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy(RP), tj.: 70% os.bezrobotnych (w tym 25%os.długotrwale bezrobotnych), 30%os.biernych zawodowo, 50%os. po 50 r.ż., 50%osób niepełnosprawnych(ON). Dodatkowo przyjęliśmy, że 60% grupy docelowej (GD) będą stanowiły kobiety(K) oraz 40% Uczestników Projektu (UP) to osoby z terenów wiejskich. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzrostu kompetencji i doświadczeń zawodowych, a także zwiększy aktywność na rynku pracy i podniesie poziom zatrudnienia wśród UP z terenu woj. dolnośląskiego (WD). 2. Ścieżka zadań w Projekcie: -Diagnoza potrzeb oraz opracowanie IPD; -Zajęcia aktywizujące z doradcą zawodowym; -Szkolenia zawodowe; -Staże zawodowe; -Pośrednictwo pracy; -Dodatek relokacyjny (dla 6UP). 3. GD stanowi 120 os. (72K i 48M), spośród których: -ze względu na status na rynku pracy: -70%GD -84 os.(50K,34M) będzie os.bezrobotnymi,z czego 25% długotrwale bezrobotnymi-21os.(13K,8M); -30%GD- 36os.(22K,14M) będzie os.biernymi zawodowo; -ze względu na szczególną sytuację na RP: -50%GD to os.starsze po 50 r.ż.-60os.(36K,24M); -50%GD to os.niepełnosprawne-60os.(36K,24M); -60%GD to kobiety-72os. -40%GD to os.zamieszkujące w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego obszary wiejskie-48 os.(29K i 19M)-kryterium premiujące 5. 4.
