Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług świadczonych w OWP Chatka Puchatka w Zgorzelcu (woj. dolnośląskie) w okresie IX.18-VIII.19 poprzez wsparcie rozwoju 45 dzieci (21K, 24M), w tym 10 DZ (3K,7M) z niepełnospr. na wczesnym etapie edukacji, dzięki rozszerzeniu oferty Ośrodka Wychowania Przedszkolnego (OWP) o dodatkowe zajęcia wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów oraz zwiększające ich szanse edukacyjne, a także podniesienie kompetencji 5 (5K)nauczycieli zatrud. w Przedszkolu Chatka Puchatka.W M. Zgorzelec jest niewystarczająca oferta edukacyjnych i specjalistycznych zajęć dodatk. dla dzieci w wieku przedszk., w tym dla dzieci z niepełnospr. spowodowana brakiem:? kadry o odpowiednich kwalifik.,? odpow. wyposaż.? wystarczających finansów.Projekt ma na celu zmniejszenie tego problemu poprzez realizacje 2 zadań:1) wprowadzenie dla 45 dzieci (21K,24M), w tym 10 z niepełnospr. dodatkowych zajęć:a) indywidualnych specjalistycznych b) w integracyjnych grupach: stymulujących rozw. psychoruchowy, rozw. komp. społ.-emocjonalne i kluczowe niezbędne na rynku pracy.tj. kształtujące długotrwałe szanse edukacyjne i zmniejsz. zdiagnoz. deficyty w M. Zgorzelec.2) doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji 5 nauczycieli OWP Chatka Puchatka niezbędnych do pracy z dziećmi, w tym z dziećmi ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, w szczeg. z niepełnospr.Grupa docelowa proj. to:a) 45 (21K, 24M) dzieci w wieku przedszk., określ. w ust. Prawo oświatowe,b) 5 (5K) nauczycieli i pracowników pedagogicznych przedszkolac) 1 OWP.Wobec czego wsparcie otrzyma 50 os. i 1 podmiot.Rezultaty proj.:W ramach proj. 36 dzieci nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe, zostanie zrealizowanych 670h zajęć dodatkowych oraz 32 zajęcia pozaszkolne, 1 OWP zostanie doposażone w specjalistyczny sprzęt i pomoce dydaktyczne oraz podniesione zostaną kompetencje 5 nauczycieli.Placówka ma na celu upowszechnienie wychowania przedszkolnego wśród dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami.
