The project aims to increase the availability and quality of preschool education in the city of Jawor. Based on the available data and interviews with 20 parents and 2 interviews with preschool teachers, the applicant determined among others. —In the school year 2016/17, more than 40 preschool children found themselves outside the ranking lists and thus did not get into any of the public kindergartens, and at least 5 children were taken preschool care, but stopped attending kindergartens due to adaptive problems,-parents whose children attend preschool care especially in kindergarten care in Jawor, the poorest availability of the preschool’s ability to build health-promotion attitudes in children and the ability to support parents’ emotional development. On the macro scale, it translates into the economic situation of the region, the voivodship and the country. In addition, in the light of studies carried out in the European Union and Poland, participation in pre-school education directly translates into higher school achievements, and as a result of the above, the applicant planned to create 25 new kindergarten places, including children with additional activities in the field of healthy lifestyle and emotional development, including 2 preschool teachers with educational support in the field of communication, cooperation and involving parents in the decision-making processes of kindergarten. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności i jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie miasta Jawor. Na podstawie danych zastanych oraz wywiadów z 20 rodzicami oraz 2 wywiadów z nauczycielkami przedszkolnymi wnioskodawca ustalił m.in. :-w roku szkolnym 2016/17 ponad 40 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym znalazło się poza listami rankingowymi i tym samym nie dostało się do żadnego z publicznych przedszkoli, a minimum 5 dzieci zostało objętych opieką przedszkolną, ale przestało uczęszczać do przedszkoli z powodu problemów adaptacyjnych,-rodzice, których dzieci uczęszczają do przedszkoli w Jaworze, najsłabiej oceniają zdolności przedszkola do budowania postaw prozdrowotnych u dzieci oraz zdolność do wspierania rozwoju emocjonalnego dzieci,-znacząca część rodziców ocenia jako przeciętną współpracę przedszkoli z rodzicami oraz uwzględnianie opinii rodziców przez przedszkola.Niedostateczna dostępność edukacji przedszkolnej negatywnie wpływa w skali mikro na możliwości i wybory zawodowe rodziców, zwłaszcza kobiet, które zazwyczaj sprawują opiekę nad dziećmi. W skali makro przekłada się na sytuację ekonomiczną regionu, województwa, kraju. Dodatkowo w świetle badan prowadzonych na terenie Unii Europejskiej i Polski uczestnictwo w edukacji przedszkolnej bezpośrednio przekłada się na wyższe osiągnięcia szkolne, a w następstwie zawodowe.W związku z powyższym wnioskodawca zaplanował stworzenie 25 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych, objęcie dzieci zajęciami dodatkowymi z zakresu zdrowego stylu życia i rozwoju emocjonalnego, objęcie 2 nauczycielek wychowania przedszkolnego wsparciem edukacyjnym z zakresu komunikacji, współpracy i włączaniu rodziców w procesy decyzyjne przedszkola.
