The applicant is well prepared for the implementation of the project – the investment does not require a construction permit/notification of works, the applicant has documentation – Functional and Useful Programme and RDOŚ declarations certifying no negative impact of the project on the environment, has been launched a tender for the selection of the service provider. The applicant also has stable structures and experienced staff, thanks to which implementation of the project will be possible. The project will result in improving the environment and reducing harmful CO2 emissions to the atmosphere – the ecological effect will amount to 200.34 Mg/year, i.e. the reduction of emissions will amount to 68.19 %. This investment is in line with the objectives set out in the PGN for Aleksandrów Kujawski commune and the objective of action 3.1 of the WK-P ROP for the years 2014-2020, which is the increased share of renewable energy in energy production in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship.     Projekt dotyczy montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznych, pomp ciepła oraz kolektorów słonecznych na budynkach mieszkalnych zlokalizowanych w gminie Aleksandrów Kujawski. W projekcie przewidziano montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych w 42 lokalizacjach, pomp ciepła w 8 lokalizacjach, kolektorów słonecznych w 1 lokalizacji. Końcowymi beneficjentami projektu będą zarówno użytkownicy budynków mieszkalnych – właściciele budynków na których zainstalowane zostaną instalacje i pompy ciepła ( w sumie około 138 osób), a pośrednio wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski (wg danych GUS na 31.12.2015 r. 11 684 osoby).W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzą wydatki związane z zakupem i montażem instalacji oraz pomp ciepła. Wnioskodawca jest dobrze przygotowany do realizacji projektu - inwestycja nie wymaga uzyskania pozwolenia na budowę/zgłoszenia robót, Wnioskodawca posiada dokumentację - Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy oraz deklaracje RDOŚ poświadczające brak negatywnego wpływu projektu na środowisko, został ogłoszony przetarg na wybór dostawcy usługi. Wnioskodawca posiada również stabilne struktury oraz doświadczoną kadrę dzięki której wdrożenie projektu będzie możliwe. Środki na wkład własny zostały zabezpieczone w budżecie gminy.Rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego i ograniczenie szkodliwej emisji CO2 do atmosfery - efekt ekologiczny wyniesie 200,34 Mg/rok, czyli redukcja emisji wyniesie 68,19%. Niniejsza inwestycja wpisuje się w cele określone w PGN dla Gminy Aleksandrów Kujawski oraz w cel działania 3.1 RPO WK-P na lata 2014-2020 jakim jest zwiększony udział energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w produkcji energii w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim.
