The aim of the project is to improve employability of 67 people (K-40, M-27) since the age of 30, who are in a special situation on the labour market (50+, women, disabled people, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people). The main objective of the project will be to work by at least a number of participants in the project to meet the access criteria specified in SZOOP RPO WD 2014-2020. All participants in the project, i.e. persons from the age of 30 for whom the I and II profile of the aid has been established before a specific offer of professional activation is presented, will be prepared an analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act of 20.04.2004 on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions a unified text (Journal of Laws on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions). Celem projektu jest poprawa szans na zatrudnienie 67 osób (K-40, M-27) od 30 roku życia, które znajdują się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy( 50+, kobiety, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikachach). Głównym celem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez conajmniej taką liczbę uczestników projektu aby zostały zrealizowane kryteria dostępu okreśłone w SZOOP RPO WD 2014-2020. Wszystkim uczestnicom projektu tj. osobom od 30 roku życia dla których został ustalony I i II profil pomocy zanim zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej zostanie przygotowana analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP będzie realizował odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 20.04.2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytuacjach rynku pracy tekst jednolity ( Dz. U. z 2015 r., poz. 149 z późń. zm.). tj. pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia, staże i bezzwrotne dotacje. (Polish)
