The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 30 years of age who are unemployed in the militia district. The main result of the project will be to take up work (in the sense of the methodology set out in the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area) (...)" by 39 % of women, 33 % of people aged 50 and over, 30 % of long-term unemployed, 38 % of low-skilled people, 29 % of those with lower and lower secondary education, and 33 % of people with disabilities supported by the programme. The project will support people over 30 years of age (30th birthday), who are unemployed, registered as unemployed, who are in a special labour market situation, i.e. disabled persons, persons over 50 years of age, women, long-term unemployed and low-skilled, belonging to I (so-called active unemployed) or II aid profile (so-called “requiring support”). The workers here. Within the framework of the project, the Authority will present a concrete offer of professional activation, which will be preceded by an analysis of the predisposition and skills of a given project participant. In addition, each participant will have an Individual Action Plan developed or modified. On this basis, PUP in Milicz will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. E. POWIAT MILICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W MILICZU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie milickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy (w rozumieniu metodologii określonej w "Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy) (...)" przez 39% kobiet, 33% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 30% osób długotrwale bezobotnych, 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 29% osób z wykształceniem gimanazjalnym i niższym oraz 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 30 roku życia (od dnia 30 urodzin), pozostające bez zatrudnienia, zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz niskowykwalifikwane, należące do I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). Pracownicy tut. Urzędu w ramach projektu przedstawią konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej, która zostanie poprzedzona analizą predyspozycji i umiejętności danego uczestnika projektu. Ponadto każdy uczestnik projektu będzie miał opracowany lub zmodyfikowany Indywidualny Plan Działania. Na tej podstawie PUP w Miliczu będzie realizował odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. E.
