The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people from the age of 30 in the Jaworsk County.The main result of the project will be to take up employment by the participants of the project. The project will support people from the age of 30 who are unemployed, registered as unemployed, who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e. older people over 50 years of age, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled persons belonging to groups I or II away from the labour market (so-called “requiring support”). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. intermediation or guidance, traineeships, training, intervention work and one-off grants for starting their own business.Participation in the project will certainly change the attitude of unemployed people to a more active one, but above all their chances of obtaining permanent employment will be increased. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie osób bezrobotnych od 30 roku życia w powiecie jaworskim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby od 30 roku życia, pozostające bez zatrudnienia, zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osoby starsze po 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnością, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne oraz osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, należące do I lub II grupy oddalenia od rynku pracy (tzw. wymagające wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, tj, pośrednictwo lub poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, szkolenia, prace interwencyjne oraz udzielane będą jednorazowe dotacje na rozpoczęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej.Uczestnictwo w projekcie z pewnością zmieni postawę osób bezrobotnych na bardziej aktywną, ale przede wszystkim zwiększy się ich szansa na uzyskanie stałego zatrudnienia.
