Projekt polegać będzie na stworzeniu nowoczesnej 3 stanowiskowej myjni samoobsługowej dla pojazdów. Myjnia zostanie zlokalizowana w Dziadowej Kłodzie na terenie będącym własnością Wnioskodawcy. Lokalizacja projektu podyktowana została bliskim sąsiedztwem z drogą ekspresową S8. W ramach projektu przewidziano nabycie następujących elementów: 1. Zakup gruntu pod inwestycję (wydatek poniesiony). 2. Myjnia samoobsługowa 3 stanowiskowa (środki trwałe). 3. Prace budowlane związane z posadowieniem myjni oraz zagospodarowaniu terenu wokół w których wyszczególnia się: -Roboty przygotowawcze i przygotowanie placu budowy. -Stan zerowy (roboty ziemne, płyta żelbetowa). -Instalacje sanitarne (centralnego ogrzewania, gazowa, kanalizacyjna, wodociągowa). -Instalacje elektryczne (odgromowe, siłowe). -Zagospodarowanie terenu (Polish)
