The project consists of purchasing a forest machine – a harvest with an accumulation head, so that innovative technological solutions can be introduced in the company. These solutions will allow for significant improvement of services: care of the forest and clean up the surface before logging. There will be a process innovation. In concrete terms, improvements will consist of mechanisation and automation of the way forest care services are provided in the younger stages of the stand and the cleaning of surfaces before logging. Mechanisation and increased efficiency will in turn allow for the extraction of forest biomass from care and cleaning work before logging. For this purpose, a harvest with accumulation head with technological parameters is planned to be used in the above works. The solution will also directly reduce pressure on the ground and the forest ecosystem. Instead of the existing use of saws and fireworks (2 stroke engines) and noise emitting above the acceptable standards, a machine that meets all environmental standards from noise, exhaust to biodegradable oils will be used. Harwester only travels on designated technological routes, minimising damage to litter and forest soil. The use of a harvest will significantly increase the efficiency and thus the ability to provide care services for the State Forests in the younger development phases of the forest and to clean up the surface before logging. This will improve the competitiveness of the company. Further, by breaking the economic barrier, it will be possible to obtain biomass from after-care waste, which will allow the company to diversify its activities through participation in the market of renewable energy sources. This in turn will increase the supply of renewable raw materials on the market, which is essential for environmental and climate protection (English)

Dojdzie do wprowadzenia innowacji procesowej. Poprawi to konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa.
