| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to change the current cleaning process of the steel components during the preparation of the paint shop. Planned to purchase a shot chamber, through its innovative solutions on a global scale, will allow the Applicant to be able to produce products with a significantly higher quality than at present. In particular, the possibility to use the screw in the SA 2,5 will enable a company to take off in tenders published by, for example, municipal undertakings. It will also not be meaningful that a fundamental change in the screw process will significantly improve the health and safety conditions of workers performing today’s process. In turn, equipment for green energy solutions will have a positive impact on environmental issues. (English) / rank | |||

Celem projektu jest zmiana obecnego procesu czyszczenia elementów stalowych na etapie przygotowania wyrobu do malowania. Planowana do zakupu komora śrutownicza, poprzez zastosowane w niej rozwiązania noszące znamiona innowacyjności na skalę światową, pozwoli Wnioskodawcy uzyskać możliwość produkcji wyrobów o znacznie wyższej jakości niż obecnie. W szczególności zaś możliwość śrutowania w normie SA 2,5 pozwoli firmie na start w przetargach ogłaszanych np. przez przedsiębiorstwa komunalne. Nie bez znaczenia będzie również fakt, że zasadnicza zmiana procesu śrutowania w istotny sposób poprawi warunku BHP pracowników wykonujących dziś ten proces. Z kolei wyposażenie maszyny w rozwiązania z zakresu tzw. zielonej energii wpłynie pozytywnie na kwestie związane z ochroną środowiska. (Polish)
