The aim of the project is to implement into the production process of NovumPlast, the world-wide process innovation consisting of a new technology for producing highly specialised and precise injection moulds, together with a specialised and innovative measuring system implemented directly on the machine, enabling the production of moulds in a wide range of dimensions. This involves the implementation of a new fully automated new production line of different-size injection moulds, preceded by NovumPlast’s R & D work on the impact of interoperable measurements, numerous tamperings of the workpiece on the accuracy of injection moulds. As a result, the implementation of the new technology will lead to the implementation of product innovation, the creation of a new innovative product in the form of injection moulds of any size and accuracy below 0.01 mm regardless of the size and complexity of the shape. This is a complete novelty on the market for injection moulds. So far, the accuracy of injection moulds at a level of 0.01 mm has been possible only within a defined range of dimensions. Innovative technology ensures the production of a high-precision injection mould practically without any size limitations. The above will increase employment in the company, attract new customers, increase the number of orders executed and increase revenues, and thus significantly develop the company.The project’s material scope includes the following tasks: purchase and assembly of technological machines, purchase of intangible and legal assets and work within the hall consisting of creating a precision machining incubator, in which the air conditioning will be made. The incubator will contain machines with higher accuracy, where constant external conditions will be obtained to achieve the highest possible precision. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie do procesu produkcji firmy NOVUMPLAST, światowej skali innowacji procesowej polegającej na nowej technologii wytwarzania wysoko wyspecjalizowanych oraz precyzyjnych form wtryskowych, wraz ze specjalistycznym i nowatorskim systemem ich pomiaru realizowanego bezpośrednio na maszynie, umożliwiającej tym samym produkcję form w szerokim zakresie gabarytowym. Wiąże się to z wdrożeniem nowej, dotychczas nie istniejącej na rynku, nowej w pełni zautomatyzowanej linii produkcyjnej różno-gabarytowych form wtryskowych, poprzedzone przeprowadzonymi przez firmę Novumplast pracami B+R dot. wpływu pomiarów międzyoperacyjnych, licznych przemocowań przedmiotu obrabianego na dokładność wykonania form wtryskowych. W efekcie, wdrożenie nowej technologii doprowadzi do wdrożenia innowacji produktowej, wytworzenia nowego innowacyjnego produktu w postaci formy wtryskowej o dowolnych gabarytach i dokładności wykonania poniżej 0,01 mm niezależnie od wielkości i złożoności kształtu. Jest to zupełna nowość na rynku produkcji form wtryskowych. Dotychczas dokładności form wtryskowych na poziomie sięgającym 0,01 mm były możliwe do osiągnięcia tylko w określonym zakresie gabarytów. Innowacyjna technologia zapewnia wytworzenie wysoko precyzyjnej formy wtryskowej praktycznie bez ograniczeń gabarytowych. Powyższe wpłynie na zwiększenie zatrudnienia w firmie, pozyskanie nowych klientów, zwiększenie ilości realizowanych zamówień oraz wzrost osiąganych przychodów, i tym samym znaczący rozwój firmy.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje następujące zadania: zakup i montaż technologiczny maszyn, zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych oraz wykonanie prac wewnątrz hali polegających na utworzeniu inkubatora obróbki precyzyjnej, w którym wykonana zostanie klimatyzacja. W inkubatorze będą znajdować się maszyny o podwyższonej dokładności, gdzie uzyskane będą stałe warunki zewnętrzne dla osiągnięcia jak najwyższej precyzji. (Polish)
