The aim of the project is to purchase and launch the SMT assembly line consisting of the JUKI KE3010 mounting machine and ERSA 3/20E flow soldering furnace. The implementation of innovative technology will enable the assembly of components from the size of 01005, which will affect product miniaturisation, increase reliability, quality and precision as well as increase assembly efficiency. The implementation of the project will enable:- production of an innovative sensor of the position of the gate based on MEMS technology and wireless communication,- implementation for the production of super miniature radio equipment working in the ISM band – design of a receiver with very small dimensions PIKO designed for remote control of gantry automation, – design and production, pigsty management system for Wesstron company. The system will be an innovative solution on the domestic market. It will enable central management of the pigsty appropriate animal-specific dosing, ventilation control, automatic weighing and segregation of animals, control of the number of animals in sections.The investment in the Applicant’s company will bring a number of benefits both for the beneficiary and for the whole environment. The first result of the project is the purchase of innovative fixed assets for the assembly of electronic components. These elements of the investment allow to achieve the main objective of the project, namely to increase the level of competitiveness and innovation in the company and to implement new products for customers’ needs. This will accelerate the execution of customer orders, which will be a reason for improving the company’s competitiveness on the market.The project will increase the entrepreneur’s potential, increase sales revenues, reduce the applicant’s unit labour costs and increase the quality of services offered as a result of the use of modern innovative equipment. Celem projektu jest zakup i uruchomienie linii montażowej SMT w skład której wchodzi automat montażowy JUKI KE3010 oraz piec do lutowania rozpływowego ERSA 3/20E. Wdrożenie innowacyjnej technologii umożliwi montaż komponentów już od wielkości 01005, co wpłynie na miniaturyzację produktów, zwiększenia niezawodności, jakości i precyzji montażu oraz zwiększenia wydajności montażu. Realizacja projektu umożliwi:- produkowanie innowacyjnego czujnika położenia bramy opartego na technologii MEMS i komunikacji bezprzewodowej,- wdrożenie do produkcji super miniaturowych urządzeń radiowych pracujących w paśmie ISM - projekt odbiornika o bardzo małych gabarytach PIKO przeznaczonego do zdalnego sterowania automatyką bramową,- realizację projektowo-produkcyjną, systemu zarządzania chlewnią dla firmy Wesstron. System będzie innowacyjnym rozwiązaniem na rynku krajowym. Pozwoli na centralne zarządzanie chlewnią odpowiednie dozowanie pokarmu dostosowane do konkretnego zwierzęcia, kontrolę wentylacji, automatyczne ważenie i segregację zwierząt, kontrolę liczby zwierząt w sekcjach.Inwestycja realizowana w firmie Wnioskodawcy przyniesie szereg korzyści zarówno dla beneficjenta, jak i całego otoczenia. Pierwszym rezultatem realizacji projektu jest zakup innowacyjnych środków trwałych do montażu elementów elektronicznych. Wymienione elementy inwestycji pozwalają na osiągnięcie głównego celu projektu jakim jest podniesienie poziomu konkurencyjności oraz innowacyjności w przedsiębiorstwie oraz wdrożenie nowych produktów dla potrzeb klientów. Pozwoli to przyspieszyć realizację zamówień odbiorców, co stanie się powodem poprawy konkurencyjności firmy na rynku.Realizowane przedsięwzięcie zwiększy potencjał przedsiębiorcy, przyczyni się do zwiększenia przychodów ze sprzedaży, obniży jednostkowe koszty pracy wnioskodawcy oraz zwiększy jakość oferowanych usług w wyniku zastosowania nowoczesnego sprzętu o charakterze innowacyjnym.
