Włocławska/Aleksandrowska in Toruń was fully filled with Investors under TPT. As a result of the project, an investment area will be prepared for economic entities with different profiles (service and production and warehouse facilities, as provided for by the Local Plan for spatial development) on separate plots with a total area of 16.83 ha. Location of Toruńskiego Technology Park at ul. It’s a gene. W. Anders in Toruń takes into account current trends regarding the removal of economic activity from town centres to their outskirts. The project is characterised by high potential, for example, due to the convenient location of the area in relation to existing communication lines, guaranteeing proper access and conducive to intensive development. The planned investment included an area located in the south-western part of the city of Toruń, between the street. Andersa, the southern bypass of Toruń – a fragment of the S-10 national road, and ul. It’s a Poznań one. The project covers an area designated as degraded and planned by the City of Toruń for revitalisation. The scope of the area’s armament will include, among others: construction of roads along with pavements, bicycle paths, walking and cycling lines, road lighting, sanitary, rainwater, water and hydrant, gas network, reconstruction of the power grid, construction of a telecommunication network. In addition, the area will be properly prepared, among others, by planting greenery and research. Documentation will be developed. (English)

    Celem planowanego projektu jest stworzenie atrakcyjnego obszaru do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej poprzez budowę kompleksowej infrastruktury technicznej na terenach inwestycyjnych Toruńskiego Parku Technologicznego przy ul. Gen. W. Andersa w Toruniu. Inwestorem jest Toruńska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. – podmiot posiadający doświadczenie w analogicznym projekcie, dzięki któremu teren przy ul. Włocławskiej/Aleksandrowskiej w Toruniu został w pełni wypełniony Inwestorami w ramach TPT. W wyniku realizacji projektu przygotowany zostanie teren inwestycyjny dla podmiotów gospodarczych o różnym profilu (obiekty usługowo - produkcyjne, magazynowe, co przewiduje Miejscowy plan zagospodarowania przestrzennego) na wydzielonych działkach o łącznej powierzchni 16,83 ha. Lokalizacja Toruńskiego Parku Technologicznego przy ul. Gen. W. Andersa w Toruniu uwzględnia aktualne trendy dotyczące wyprowadzenia działalności gospodarczej z centrów miejscowości na ich obrzeża. Projekt charakteryzuje się dużym potencjałem chociażby ze względu na dogodne położenie komunikacyjne terenu względem istniejących ciągów komunikacyjnych, gwarantujące właściwy dostęp i sprzyjający intensywnemu rozwojowi. Pod planowaną inwestycję przeznaczono teren położony w południowo - zachodniej części miasta Toruń, pomiędzy ul. Andersa, południową obwodnicą Torunia - fragment drogi krajowej S-10, a ul. Poznańską. Projekt obejmuje obszar wytypowany jako zdegradowany i przewidziany przez Miasto Toruń do rewitalizacji. Zakres uzbrojenia terenu obejmować będzie m.in.: budowę dróg wraz z chodnikami, ścieżkami rowerowymi, ciągami pieszo-rowerowymi, oświetlenia dróg, kanalizacji sanitarnej, deszczowej, wodociągowej i hydrantowej, sieci gazowej , przebudowę sieci energetycznej, budowę sieci teletechnicznej. Ponadto teren zostanie odpowiednio przygotowany m.in. poprzez nasadzenia zieleni i badania. Opracowana zostanie potrzebna dokumentacja. (Polish)
