The subject of the project is the implementation of advisory support concerning the stimulation of technology transfer, or networking of economic and scientific contacts and commercialisation of R & D results in Nano-implant. Advising on building and maintaining a network of links between the scientific environment and the business environment will enable greater recognition in the business environment, with increased interest in R & D projects carried out and will contribute to establishing cooperation with scientific entities, technology partners, potential distributors and investors. Thanks to the broadening of the network through meetings with technological partners, presenting the elaborations of the scientific and economic environment, the process of transfer of the results of R & D work of the Applicant will be streamlined and professionalised. Presenting the results of R & D in the form of publications, meetings and presentations will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience between entities with interested commercialisation of R & D effects, which will contribute to professionalisation of Nano-implant’s activities and stimulate the broadly understood market of new technologies. The project also provides for the implementation of activities supporting Nano-implant in terms of cooperation agreements, donation and development cooperation, certification of products intended for the medical market, licenses and transfers of property rights, which will strengthen the security of intellectual property in the company and reduce the risks of irrecoverable receivables.     Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, b udowania sieci kontaktów gospodarczych i naukowych oraz komercjalizacji wyników prowadzonych prac B+R w firmie Nano-implant. Doradztwo w zakresie budowania i utrzymywania sieci powiązań między środowiskie m naukowym, a otoczeniem gospodarczym umożliwi wzrost rozpoznawalności w środowisku biznesowym, z większenie zainteresowania przeprowadzanymi projektami B+R oraz przyczyni się do nawiązania współprac y z jednostkami naukowymi, partnerami technologicznymi, potencjalnymi dystrybutorami oraz inwestorami. Dzięki rozszerzeniu sieci kontaktów poprzez odbyte spotkania z partnerami technologicznymi, przedstawici elami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transfer u i komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. Przedstawienie rezultatów prac B+R w formie publikacji oraz podczas spotkań i prezentacji przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń pomiędzy podmiotami z ainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac B+R, co przyczyni się do profesjonalizacji działań firmy Nano -implant oraz pobudzenia szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii. Projekt przewiduje również realizację działań wspierających firmę Nano-implant w kwestii zawierania umów dotyczących kooperacji, współpracy ba dawczo-rozwojowej, certyfikacji produktów przeznaczonych na rynek medyczny, licencji oraz przeniesienia a utorskich praw majątkowych, co wzmocni bezpieczeństwo własności intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyk o pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności.
