| Property / summary: The project involves the implementation of an advisory support on technology transfer, networking of business and scientific contacts and the introduction of the results of the R & D work of the firm of the Institute for the Promotion of History Sp. z o.o., which is the subject of the project which will have a significant impact on the quality of the services provided by the Institute for the Promotion of History. A number of business and scientific contacts will be established that will translate into R & D projects. the project will have a significant impact on the company’s visibility in the business community, which will translate into potential results. By extending the network through meetings with technological partners, representatives of the scientific and economic community, the process of transferring and commercialising the results of the R & D results of the Applicant will be improved and professionalised. The presentation of the results of the R & D work during the meetings and the presentation will contribute to the exchange of knowledge and experience among stakeholders marketing the results of the R & D work, which will contribute to the professionalisation of the activities of the Institute for the Promotion of History and to stimulate the wider market for new technologies. The project also foresees the implementation of activities to support the Institute for the Promotion of History with regard to the conclusion of contracts for cooperation, R & D cooperation, licensing and the transfer of copyright, which will strengthen the company’s intellectual property security and reduce the risk of bad debts. Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja wsparcia doradczego dotyczącego pobudzania transferu technologii, budowania sieci kontaktów biznesowych i naukowych oraz wprowadzania wyników prowadzonych prac B+R w firmie Instytut Promocji Historii Sp. z o.o. Doradztwo, które jest przedmiotem projektu znacząco wpłynie na jakość usług świadczonych przez firmę Instytut Promocji Historii. Nawiązane zostaną liczne kontakty biznesowe i naukowe, które przełożą się na prowadzenie projektów B+R. Realizacja projektu wpłynie znacząco na rozpoznawalność firmy w środowisku biznesowym, co przełoży się na potencjalne wyniki. Dzięki rozszerzeniu sieci kontaktów poprzez odbyte spotkania z partnerami technologicznymi, przedstawicielami środowiska naukowego i gospodarczego, nastąpi usprawnienie oraz profesjonalizacja procesu transferu i komercjalizacji wyników prac B+R Wnioskodawcy. Przedstawienie rezultatów prac B+R podczas spotkań oraz prezentacji przyczyni się do wymiany wiedzy i doświadczeń pomiędzy podmiotami zainteresowanymi komercjalizacją efektów prac B+R, co przyczyni się do profesjonalizacji działań Instytut Promocji Historii oraz pobudzenia szeroko pojętego rynku nowych technologii. Projekt przewiduje również realizację działań wspierającą Instytut Promocji Historii w kwestii zawierania umów dotyczących kooperacji, współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej, licencji oraz przeniesienia autorskich praw majątkowych, co wzmocni bezpieczeństwo własności intelektualnej w firmie oraz obniży ryzyko pojawienia się nieściągalnych należności.
