The project “Motifs from Lower Silesia – there will be more of us” responds to one of the main challenges of the Lower Silesian Voivodship, which include a large scale of low-life activity due to insufficient qualifications and social competences, especially among those experienced with multiple social exclusion or living in revitalised areas.The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity for employment or self-employment, and then to maintain sustainable socio-economic activity among 60 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Lack of resourcefulness results in particular from lack of patterns and long-term functioning in crisis situations, including in particular homelessness, conflicts with law, addiction and unemployment.Hence the project identifies comprehensive intervention in the areas of awareness, knowledge and professional skills and social skills:- Individual Development Plans, defining the path of reintegration into the careers of the participants and the practical potentials of participants/studies,- courses of social competence building on the strengths of strengths with basic skills of crisis, which defines the path of reintegration based on the experience and the practical potential of participants/schools,- a course of social competence building on strengths based on the basic skills of crisis. Projekt „Motyle z Dolnego Śląska – będzie nas więcej” odpowiada na jedno z głównych wyzwań województwa dolnośląskiego, do których należą duża skala niskiej aktywności zawodowej spowodowanej niewystarczającymi kwalifikacjami oraz kompetencjami społecznymi, występującymi w szczególności wśród osób doświadczonych wielokrotnym wykluczeniem społecznym lub zamieszkujących obszary rewitalizowane.Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie zdolności do zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia, a następnie utrzymania trwałej aktywności społeczno lub zawodowej wśród 60 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie 01.09.2019-31.06.2021.Cel odpowiada na problem niskiej zdolności beneficjentów do samodzielnej aktywnej integracji społeczno-zawodowej, a tym samym podejmowania zatrudnienia i trwałego wychodzenia z wykluczenia społecznego. Nie zaradność wynika w szczególności z braku wzorców oraz wieloletniego funkcjonowania w sytuacjach kryzysowych, do których należą w szczególności bezdomność, konflikty z prawem, uzależnienia i bezrobocie.Stąd projekt identyfikuje kompleksową interwencję w obszarach świadomości, wiedzy i umiejętności zawodowych oraz społecznych:- Indywidualne Plany Rozwoju, określające ścieżkę reintegracji bazującą na doświadczeniach i potencjale uczestników/czek,- kurs kompetencji społecznych budujących na bazie mocnych stron podstawowe umiejętności radzenia sobie z kryzysami,- wsparcie Coachingowe w obszarach indywidualnego rozwoju, animacyjne w sferze relacji z najbliższym otoczeniem oraz doradztwo specjalistyczne,- udział w zajęciach Klubu Wolontariusza budujące konkretne umiejętności zaradności, poczucia sprawczości i uczestniczenia w życiu społecznym,- kursy zawodowe i staże dające praktyczne kompetencje, kwalifikacje i doświadczenia dające szanse na trwałe wyjście z bezrobocia.Interwencja pozwoli uzyskać wysokie efekty zatrudnieniowe(30%) i społeczne (41%). Ważnymi efektami będą także podniesione kwalifikacje oraz wzmocnienie relacji osób z otoczeniem. (Polish)
