The project consists of the implementation of activities linked to social and occupational integration with the provision of specialist psychological counselling services, vocational training in the municipality of Bistrica, for 30 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in order to improve their social and professional situation (social inclusion services). The activities shall cover a second type of operation 9.1.A, including an obligation for each participant to include an activation service n inclusive of nature. The project also provides support to improve access to employment and social reintegration services carried out by the Association Centre for the Promotion of Enterprise (accredited OWES) and the Centre for Social Integration in the municipality of Bistrica Kłodzko, i.e. an entity referred to in the Social Employment Act by creating new places for social and professional reintegration, including for 5 persons with disabilities. The project will be implemented in the period 09.2017-05.2019. The project will bring people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from rural areas, including people with disabilities. Activities in the field of social and labour integration are planned to: occupational guidance, psychological, integration and educational measures for worker’s adaptation in the working environment, training courses and training courses (ca. 50 % will acquire new qualifications, as defined in Annex 10 to the contest document.), as well as traineeships, career guidance and job placement (active integration services). As a result of the project, 10 % of participants (3 people) will be recruited in PES, with a minimum of 22 % showing employment efficiency (7 people, including one disabled person) and 34 % (9 persons) — social efficiency. The project will be implemented in accordance with the other standard of service and the list of rates laid down in Annex 7 to Reg. of the Competition.     Projekt polega na realizacji działań związnych z integracją społeczno-zawodową z elementami usług specjalistycznego poradnictwa psychologicznego, zawodowego na terenie gminy Bystrzyca Kłodzka dla 30 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w celu poprawy ich sytuacji społeczno-zawodowej (usługi aktywnejintegracji społecznej). Działania obejmują drugi typ operacji 9.1.A, w tym obligatoryjnie dla każdego uczestnika przewidziano usługi aktywn. integr. o charakt. społ. W projekcie przewidziano również wsparcie służące poprawie dostępu do usług reintegracji zawodowej i społecznej realizowanych przez Stowarzyszenie Centrum Wspierania Przedsiębiorczości (akredytowany OWES) oraz Centrum Integracji Społecznej w gminie Bystrzyca Kłodzka, tj. przez podmiot, o którym mowa w ustawie o zatrudnieniu socjalnym poprzez stworzenie nowych miejsc do reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej, w tym dla 5 osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 09.2017r.-05.2019r. Udział w projekcie wezmą osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym wyłącznie z terenów wiejskich, w tym os. z niepełnosprawnościami. W ramach działań w zakresie integracji społeczno-zawodowej zaplanowano: poradnictwo zawodowe, psychologiczne, działania integracyjne i edukacyjne na rzecz adaptacji pracownika w środowisku pracy, kursy i szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje (ok. 50% uzyska nowe kwalifikacje, zgodnie z definicją w zał. nr 10 do dok. konkurs.), a także staże, poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy (usługi aktywnej integraji o charakterze zawodowym). W wyniku projektu min.10% uczestników (3 os.) otrzyma zatrudnienie w PES., min. 22% wykaże efektywność zatrudnieniową (7 os., w tym min. jedna osoba niepełnosprawna), a 34% (9 os.) - efektywność w wymiarze społecznym. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z Min. standardem usług i katalogiem stawek określ. w zał. nr 7 do Reg. konkursu. Projekt ukierunkowany na OSI - ZKD -Dzierżoniowsko-Kłodzko-Ząbkowicki Obszar Interwencji. (Polish)
