In order to improve the energy efficiency of thermally modernised buildings, the Cooperative decided to carry out the work, demonstrated in audits, necessary to achieve the intended purpose. In addition, as a Cooperative, we respond to the requests and needs of the residents, we also take into account the technical condition of the buildings and the low energy efficiency. The cooperative has undertaken to implement the project for another important reason, protecting the environment as well as the desire to promote environmental attitudes in the local community. The subject of the project is the thermal modernisation of residential buildings belonging to the Cooperative “Barycz” in Milicz. The buildings are located on the street. Kościuszki 33,35,37,41 and Mickiewicz 6 in Milicz in voivodship. It’s Lower Silesian. The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the building. We want to achieve the target through the following actions: Warming the front and rear walls, warming the top walls of the building with Styrofoam with plaster mortar and accompanying robots. In addition, in order to achieve the goal of the project, the installation of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 3 kW on the roof of the building at ul. Kosciuszko 37. The choice of the building is not insignificant, after analysing the average energy consumption per common parts in thermally modernised buildings, the highest consumption is shown by the building on the street. Apart from thermomodernisation, the Barycz Cooperative in Milicz is planning such actions as adjusting buildings for blind or poorly sighted people through the installation of pins and lines. Through these actions, we want to prevent discrimination (in this case on grounds of disability) and ensure equal access and full participation in all areas of life. In addition, we want to train residents in the field of handling innovative technologies and to educate in (English)
