Kamiński, Dolnośląskie Voivodeship and will concern the thermal modernisation of the public utility facility, i.e. a public gymnasium located in Strzelin on ul. The main objective of this project is to increase the energy efficiency of the gym at ul. The Old Town in Strzelin, through the thermal modernisation of the sports facility. The material scope of the project will concern, in particular, the warming of the exterior walls of the building. The project also plans to train people constantly using the building in terms of maintaining the energy efficiency of the modernised facility. The realisation of the project results from the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the Municipality of Strzelin.The recipients of the project’s effects will be all residents of Strzelin Commune, who will benefit directly from living in a clean environment, in particular residents, members of sports clubs and visitors who use the gym on ul. It’s an old town. In addition, the project is aimed at all residents of Lower Silesia who enjoy rest in Strzelin County. The project’s products will reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere, while the results of the project will contribute primarily to reducing final energy consumption and bring tangible benefits from thermal energy savings. The actual part of the project will be implemented from 1.03.2017 to 26.08.2017. The applicant and the executioner of the task will be Strzelin Municipality. The operator of the project after completion of the project and in the period of durability will be Strzelinskie Centrum Sportowo – Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o., established to promote physical culture in the municipality and administer sports and recreational facilities.The project will be implemented as a one-step action. Projekt realizowany będzie w Gminie Strzelin, pow. strzeliński, woj. dolnośląskie i będzie dotyczył termomodernizacji obiektu użyteczności publicznej, tj. ogólnodostępnej sali gimnastycznej zlokalizowanej w Strzelinie przy ul. Staromiejskiej.Celem głównym przedmiotowego projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej sali gimnastycznej przy ul. Staromiejskiej w Strzelinie, poprzez termomodernizację obiektu sportowego. Zakres rzeczowy przedsięwzięcia dotyczyć będzie w szczególności docieplenia ścian zewnętrznych budynku. W ramach projektu planuje się również przeszkolenie osób stale korzystających z budynku w zakresie dbałości o utrzymanie efektywności energetycznej zmodernizowanego obiektu. Realizacja projektu wynika z Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Strzelin.Odbiorcami efektów realizacji projektu będą wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Strzelin, którzy czerpać będą bezpośrednio korzyści z życia w miejscu o czystym środowisku, w szczególności mieszkańcy, członkowie klubów sportowych i osoby przyjezdne użytkujące salę gimnastyczną przy ul. Staromiejskiej. Ponadto projekt skierowany jest do wszystkich mieszkańców Dolnego Śląska, którzy korzystają z wypoczynku na terenie powiatu strzelińskiego. Produkty projektu pozwolą ograniczyć emisję gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery, z kolei rezultaty projektu przyczynią się przede wszystkim do zmniejszenia zużycia energii końcowej oraz przyniosą wymierne korzyści z oszczędności energii cieplnej. Rzeczowa część projektu będzie realizowana w terminie od 1.03.2017 r. do 26.08.2017 r. Wnioskodawca i realizatorem zadania będzie Gmina Strzelin. Operatorem przedsięwzięcia po zakończeniu realizacji projektu i w okresie trwałości będzie Strzelińskie Centrum Sportowo – Edukacyjne Sp. z o.o., powołane do upowszechniania kultury fizycznej na terenie Gminy i administrowania obiektami sportowo - rekreacyjnymi.Projekt będzie realizowany jako działanie jednoetapowe.
