The subject of the project is the launch of a new primary school, which will be built within the framework of the school-pre-school group being built. It includes the construction of the school, its equipment and land development. The above-mentioned facility, fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, will be located in Dobrzykowice, on ul. The railroad, in the Chernica Commune. The total area of the building is 4139.68 m², while the usable area is 2861.32 m². The realisation of the investment will allow to launch 18 classes of 25 pupils, thus creating a total of 450 school places (including approx. 170 for the needs of the transferred SP in Dobrzykowice). The construction of the Team will be carried out under a single public contract, the school and kindergarten work will begin simultaneously, but the contract with the contractor will specify separate final dates for their execution (earlier for the kindergarten and later for the school). As part of the construction of a kindergarten (the subject of a separate application for funding), there will be, among others, kitchen facilities, boiler room, external infrastructure elements, also intended for the needs of the school, as well as elements of land development, in the scope of obtaining the right to use the above mentioned facility. This project covers the construction of the school building in other areas (e.g. classrooms, offices and workshops of classes I – III with facilities, classrooms, classrooms and workshops of classes IV – VI with facilities, administrative and office part of the school, nurse’s office, speech therapist, cafeteria with catering facilities, library, reading room, small gym, common room, sanitary, restroom, infrastructure for the interior of the school), An important element of the project is also to equip the school with modern teaching aids, including digital, mathematical, natural and linguistic workshops, as well as for children with special educational needs. Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie nowej szkoły podstawowej, która powstanie w ramach budowanego Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego. Obejmuje swoim zakresem budowę szkoły, jej wyposażenie oraz zagospodarowanie terenu. Ww. placówka, w pełni dostosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, zlokalizowana będzie w miejscowości Dobrzykowice, przy ul. Kolejowej, w Gminie Czernica. Łączna powierzchnia jej zabudowy to 4 139,68 m2, natomiast powierzchnia użytkowa to 2 861,32 m2. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli uruchomić docelowo 18 klas po 25 uczniów, tym samym powstanie łącznie 450 miejsc szkolnych (w tym ok. 170 na potrzeby przenoszonej SP w Dobrzykowicach). Budowa Zespołu będzie realizowana w ramach jednego zamówienia publicznego, prace dot. szkoły i przedszkola rozpoczną się równolegle, jednakże w umowie z wykonawcą zostaną wskazane odrębne końcowe terminy ich wykonania (wcześniejszy dla przedszkola oraz późniejszy dla szkoły). W ramach budowy przedszkola (przedmiot odrębnego wniosku o dofinansowanie) powstanie m. in. zaplecze kuchenne, kotłownia, elementy infrastruktury zewnętrznej, przeznaczone także na potrzeby szkoły, oraz elementy zagospodarowania terenu, w zakresie umożliwiającym uzyskanie prawa do użytkowania ww. obiektu. Niniejszy projekt obejmuje budowę budynku szkoły w pozostałym zakresie (m. in. klasy, gabinety i pracownie klas I – III wraz z zapleczem, klasy, gabinety i pracownie klas IV – VI wraz z zapleczem, część administracyjno-biurową szkoły, gabinet pielęgniarki, logopedy, stołówkę z zapleczem cateringowym, bibliotekę, czytelnię, małą salę gimnastyczną, świetlicę, sanitariaty, portiernię, hol), jak również pozostałą infrastrukturę zewnętrzną szkoły i zagospodarowanie terenu przewidziane w projekcie budowlanym. Istotnym elementem przedsięwzięcia jest również wyposażenie szkoły w nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne, w tym do pracowni cyfrowej, matematycznej, przyrodniczej i językowej oraz dla dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi.
