The aim of the project is to develop MGA R & D activities in order to diversify the offer and develop new products and processes.The project’s subject are R & D works leading to the creation of an innovative framework for the construction of modular ERP systems with mechanisms for analysing user activity, and to launch a fully functional pilot system (prototype). The data will be used for the purpose of objective evaluation of the performance of users, tracking their development, demarcating the areas where they require training and optimal separation of tasks between users.Industrial research will lead to new knowledge about the appropriate scope of the collected information and selection of machine learning models for the issue and development of tool concepts for automatic analysis and evaluation of user activity.The development work will include development of the modules of the framework, the protocols of communication between modules and the structure of the modules, creation of technological stacks, construction of basic modules. The current level of employment limits the ability to carry out work in them. Celem projektu jest rozwój działalności B+R MGA w celu zdywersyfikowania oferty oraz opracowania nowych produktów i procesu.Przedmiotem projektu są prace B+R prowadzące do stworzenia innowacyjnego frameworka do budowy modularnych systemów ERP z mechanizmami analizy aktywności użytkowników, oraz do uruchomienia na nim w pełni funkcjonalnego systemu pilotażowego (prototypu). Dane zostaną wykorzystane do obiektywnej oceny wydajności użytkowników, śledzenia ich rozwoju, wyznaczania obszarów, w których wymagają oni szkolenia oraz optymalnego rozdzielania zadań między użytkownikami.Badania przemysłowe doprowadzą do zdobycia nowej wiedzy dotyczącej właściwego zakresu gromadzonych informacji i doboru modeli uczenia maszynowego do zagadnienia oraz opracowania koncepcji narzędzia do automatycznej analizy i oceny aktywności użytkowników.Prace rozwojowe obejmą opracowanie architektury frameworka, protokołów komunikacji między modułami i struktury modułów, stworzenie stosu technologicznego, budowa modułów podstawowych (w tym modułów rejestrowania informacji i analizy danych) i modułów tworzących aplikację pilotażową, ich integracja, uruchomienie aplikacji pilotażowej w warunkach operacyjnych, zgromadzenie i analiza danych o pracy systemu oraz weryfikacja przygotowanych modeli na podstawie tych danych.Na bazie frameworka MGA zbuduje i skomercjalizuje 2 nowe produkty – innowacyjny system ERP dla przedsiębiorstw oraz system dla urzędów gmin i miast całej Polski.Równolegle z pracami B+R będą prowadzone prace budowlane i inwestycyjne w celu stworzenia obiektu badawczo-rozwojowego dla wyodrębnionego działu B+R. Nowy budynek posłuży do zapewnienia odpowiednich warunków do prac B+R. Obecnie użytkowane budynki są w pełni wykorzystywane do obsługi bieżących projektów. Aktualny poziom zatrudnienia ogranicza możliwość prowadzenia w nich prac. Prace badawcze będą kontynuowane w rozszerzonym zakresie i w zwiększonym składzie osobowym po wybudowaniu nowoczesnego obiektu B+R MGA Sp. z o.o. (Polish)
