The applicant in the project is the Department of Dentistry and Aesthetic Medicine from Toruń. The core of the project is the introduction of software that manages the development of personalised medicine in the field of dentistry. The main objective of the project is therefore to: conducting research work to commercialise research results (permanence period) in the form of software that manages the development of personalised medicine on the world market.Improving the competitiveness of the clinic on the world market, including the development of an innovative product and innovative service will be carried out as a result of industrial research. The project involves carrying out research into the development of tools in the form of software that enables the scaling of dental services based on modern digital devices available on the market.As a result of the research, a product innovation will be developed: management process support software optimised for a given enterprise based on enterprise data analysis, as well as process innovation (innovative service): multi-level efficient process management in the enterprise.The project will be implemented in the period from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2020.The total cost of the project is PLN 9 110 763,97.     Wnioskodawcą w projekcie jest Klinika Stomatologii i Medycyny Estetycznej z Torunia. Istotą projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek oprogramowania zarządzającego rozwojem medycyny spersonalizowanej w obszarze stomatologii. Celem głównym projektu jest zatem: przeprowadzenie prac badawczych w celu komercjalizacji wyników badań (w okresie trwałości) w postaci oprogramowania zarządzającego rozwojem medycyny spersonalizowanej na rynku światowym.Poprawa konkurencyjności Kliniki na rynku światowym, w tym opracowanie innowacyjnego produktu oraz innowacyjnej usługi nastąpi w wyniku przeprowadzenia badań przemysłowych. Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie badań w zakresie opracowania narzędzi w postaci oprogramowania umożliwiającego skalowanie usług stomatologicznych w oparciu o nowoczesne dostępne na rynku urządzenia cyfrowe.W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań, opracowana zostanie innowacja produktowa: oprogramowanie wspierające procesy zarządcze, zoptymalizowane dla danego przedsiębiorstwa na podstawie autoanalizy danych przedsiębiorstwa, a także innowacja procesowa (innowacyjna usługa): wielopoziomowe efektywne zarządzanie procesami w przedsiębiorstwie.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 1 stycznia 2019 roku do 31 grudnia 2020.Koszt całkowity projektu to 9 110 763,97 złotych.
