The subject of the project is to create research and development facilities in Jurmet through the purchase of fixed assets. This will contribute to the development of the line of longitudinal cutting machines for flexible packaging materials, which the company has in its offer. The resulting centre will allow to build machines according to the requirements of industry 4.0. i.e. with a high degree of automation and with the possibility of communication and transfer of data between machines and mobile devices. Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie w firmie Jurmet zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego, poprzez zakup środków trwałych. Przyczyni się to do rozwoju linii maszyn do cięcia wzdłużnego materiałów opakowaniowych giętkich, które firma posiada w swojej ofercie. Powstałe centrum pozwoli na budowanie maszyn zgodnie z wymaganiami przemysłu 4.0. tj. z dużym stopniem automatyzacji oraz z możliwością komunikacji i przekazywania danych między maszynami i urządzeniami mobilnymi. Powstałe zaplecze badawczo-rozwojowe będzie służyło do opracowywania rozwiązań dla produkcji prototypowych rozwiązań dla branży opakowań giętkich, których obecnie w Polsce nikt nie produkuje. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupione Centrum frezarskie CNC. Maszyna będzie służyła do obróbki elementów metalowych o minimalnych gabarytach X = 3600 mm, Y = 1000 mm, Z 900 mm w 5 osiach.Dzięki opisanemu zakresowi projektu możliwe będzie osiągnięcie założonych wskaźników produktu:- Liczba przedsiębiorstw ponoszących nakłady inwestycyjne na działalność B+R [szt.] - 1,00 - Liczba wspartych laboratoriów badawczych [szt.] - 1,00 - Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury naukowo-badawczej [zł] - 2 583 000,00- Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje [przedsiębiorstwa] - 1,00 - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) [zł] - 1 953 000,00Dzięki opisanemu zakresowi projektu możliwe będzie osiągnięcie założonych wskaźników rezultatu:- Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji [szt.] - 4- Liczba projektów B+R realizowanych przy wykorzystaniu wspartej infrastruktury badawczej [szt.] - 4- Liczba naukowców pracujących w ulepszonych obiektach infrastruktury badawczej [EPC] - 4- Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach [EPC] - 2Realizacja projektu zaplanowana została na 13 miesięcy począwszy od 01.06.2017r. do 30.06.2018r.Całkowity koszt realizacji projektu - 2 898 000,00 PLN- w tym dofinansowanie EFRR - 945 000,00 PLN- oraz wkład własny Wnioskodawcy - 1 953 000 PLN (Polish)
