The project is a response to the individually diagnosed needs of vocational training schools, i.e. The Technical School of the W. Witos Agricultural Education Centre in Mokrzeszów for which is the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. As a result of meetings between IX-X‘17 of the school’s management with representatives of the Leader (hereinafter UPEMI), the most effective solutions in terms of diagnosed development needs of pupils/participants (U) in the field of vocational training and teachers (N) as well as schools, including employers’ expectations and local/regional labour market needs (diag.-UPEMI). As a result, the concept of a partnership project was developed, the leader of UPEMI as an organisation with extensive experience in establishing cooperation and associating schools with the socio-economic environment. The project is dedicated to 70U and 7N Techniques from the W. Witos Agricultural Education Centre in Mokrzeszów School Complex in the field of teaching: T. Landscape Architecture, T. Horse Breeder, T. Nutrition and gastronomic services. The support will result in the acquisition/increase by U of the skills expected by employers of the local/regional labour market. The aim of the project is to adapt competences that will make them more attractive as employees, thereby increasing their chances on the labour market. This will be reinforced by supporting teachers/training staff and providing conditions in schools that reflect the natural working environment. The main forms of support were the implementation of professional internships (including N), the organisation of additional classes/workshops/training specialists, including those conducted at universities, retrofitting of professional workers and activities aimed at professional improvement N. Projekt to odpowiedź na indywidualnie zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie szkoły kształcenia zawodowego tj. Technikum z Zespołu Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. W. Witosa w Mokrzeszowie dla którego organem prowadzącym jest Ministerstwo Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi. W wyniku spotkań w okresie IX-X’17 dyrekcji szkoły z reprezentantami Lidera (dalej UPEMI) ustalono najbardziej efektywne rozwiązania w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów/uczennic (U) w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego oraz nauczycieli/ek (N) jak i szkoły, w tym oczekiwań pracodawców i potrzeb lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy (diag.-UPEMI). W efekcie wypracowano koncepcję partnerskiego projektu, liderem UPEMI jako organizacja posiadająca bogate doświadczenie w zakresie nawiązywania współpracy i kojarzenia szkół z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym. Projekt dedykowany jest 70U i 7N Technikum z Zespołu Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. W. Witosa w Mokrzeszowie w ramach kierunku nauczania: T. Architektury krajobrazu, T. Hodowca Koni, T. Żywienia i usług gastronomicznych. Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności oczekiwanych przez pracodawców lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest dostosowanie kompetencyjne które, uatrakcyjni ich jako pracowników, tym samym zwiększą się ich szanse na rynku pracy. Działania powyższe zostaną wzmocnione poprzez wsparcie nauczycieli/ek kształcenia zawodowego oraz zapewnienie w szkołach warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne środowisko pracy. Za główne formy wsparcia obrano realizację staży zawodowych (w tym dla N), organizację dodatkowych zajęć/warsztatów/kursów specjalisty czy zawodowych w tym prowadzonych na uczelniach, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych oraz działania ukierunkowane na doskonalenie zawodowe N. Wszystkie formy bezwzględnie będą realizowane na każdym ich etapie w ścisłej współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym w tym przede wszystkim z potencjalnymi pracodawcami absolwentów. (Polish)
