Projekt realizowany w ramach umowy partnerskiej. Zarządzanie Projektem będzie powierzone Inżynierowi Kontraktu. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez Zespół Projektu: Przedstawiciel Wnioskodawcy, Przedstawiciel Zarządcy, Inspektor Nadzoru Inwestycyjnego; Inżynier Kontraktu. Celem projektu jest wyprowadzanie ze stanu kryzysowego obszarów zdegradowanych. Cele szczegółowe to poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców, która zostanie zrealizowana poprzez poprawę stanu technicznego budynków, w tym częściowej izolacji termicznej z wydajnością energetyczną obniżającą koszty utrzymania lokali mieszkalnych; zminimalizowanie konfliktów społecznych; identyfikacja mieszkańców z miejscem zamieszkania; podniesienie poziomu motywacji związanej z aktywnością społeczną. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez modernizację zdegradowanych wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych. Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy Świebodzic, osoby zamieszkujące budynki mieszkalne wielorodzinne objęte projektem. Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych, w tym w pięciu budynkach będą prowadzone działania poprawiające efektywność energetyczną. Wnioskodawca z Partnerami przygotował działania z myślą o poszczególnych grupach niepełnosprawności: osobach niewidomych, słabowidzących, głuchych, słabosłyszących i mających trudności w poruszaniu się. Zaproponowane rozwiązania będą skuteczne także dla innych osób, na przykład rodziców z wózkami dziecięcymi, osoby starsze, przemieszczających się ze słuchawkami na uszach, śpieszących się i innych.
