The project concerns a comprehensive energy modernisation of three public buildings in Jawor: Primary school no. 4 at Starojaworska Street 82, district clinic at 6 Moniuszki Street and Municipal Social Assistance Centre at Legnicka Street 12. The project will be carried out independently by the applicant – the Municipality of Jawor. Several departments of the Municipal Office in Jawor will be involved in the implementation of the project, including: European Funds Division, Infrastructure and Development Division, Accounting Division and Chief Public Procurement Specialist, as well as the aforementioned institutions residing in the objects covered by the project, which are the applicant’s organizational units. The project envisages inter alia: warming of walls, ceilings and roofs of buildings, replacement of window and door carpentry, modernisation of central heating systems. The detailed scope of work in each facility has been developed on the basis of energy audits carried out on the basis of the project. Tasks complementary to the implementation of the project include: preparation of a feasibility study for the project, implementation of investor supervision, project management, promotional activities, as well as training for employees of institutions located in these buildings in the field of energy efficiency, in order to achieve and maintain the expected energy savings. The main effect of the investment will be a significant reduction in the demand for heat, thus reducing emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere and reducing the municipal expenditure on maintaining these buildings. The project is partly covered by de minimis aid, due to the fact that the District Clinic, whose building is covered by the project, received non-public healthcare revenues (P ratio 2015 = 94,05 %). The project is not a revenue-generating project. (English)

W ramach projektu przewiduje się m. in.: ocieplenie ścian, stropów i dachów budynków, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizację instalacji centralnego ogrzewania. (Polish)
