The subject of the project is to carry out thermomodernisation works in the High School Complex No. 2 in Oława in the following range in particular: — Warm warming of compartments 1704.14 m² – warming of the ceiling over the attic area. 598,25 m² – Warming of the roofing area- pow. 611.08 m² – window replacement -Refer to: 354,13 m² – replacement of interior doors- Replacement: 1,60 m² – comprehensive modernisation of the central heating system, water heating, pumping; — the introduction of an energy management system in the building; The project will be implemented from 11.09.2017 to 31.12.2018 by the District of Oławski and the above-mentioned educational establishment as a project operator. The target group is all users of educational facilities, i.e. pupils, teachers, administrative staff, parents and legal guardians, as well as residents of the Oław district and surrounding areas (in particular the Wrocław Agglomeration, ZIT WrOF). The aim of the project is to reduce annual heat consumption and emissions of harmful gases and dust into the atmosphere. At present, the high energy intensity of the building generates excessive maintenance costs (especially during the heating season), which is a significant budgetary burden for the entities operating in them. The thermal modernisation works of the school building in Oława, with the lowest possible expenditures, achieve the largest annual reduction in energy demand by 64.30 %, which will translate into an annual saving of energy costs of PLN 126.155.73 and will reduce CO2 emissions by 61.45 %. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie prac termomodernizacyjnych w Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 2 w Oławie we wskazanym poniżej zakresie w szczególności: - Docieplenie przegród o pow. 1704,14 m2 - docieplenie stropu nad poddaszem o pow. 598,25 m2 - Ocieplenie połaci dachowej– pow. 611,08 m2 - wymiana okien -Pow. wymiany: 354,13 m2 - wymiana drzwi wewnętrznych wejściowych- Pow. wymiany: 1,60 m2 - kompleksowa modernizacja instalacji c.o., ogrzewanie wodne, pompowe; - wprowadzenie systemu zarządzania energią w budynku; Projekt będzie realizowany od 11.09.2017 do 31.12.2018 r. przez Powiat Oławski oraz ww. placówka edukacyjna jako operator projektu. Grupą docelową są wszyscy użytkownicy infrastruktury placówki edukacyjnej tj. uczniowie, nauczyciele, kadra administracyjna, rodzice i opiekunowie prawni, a także mieszkańcy powiatu oławskiego oraz terenów okolicznych ( w szczególności Aglomeracji Wrocławskiej, teren ZIT WrOF). Celem projektu jest ograniczenie rocznego zużycia energii cieplnej oraz emisji szkodliwych gazów i pyłów do atmosfery. Obecnie wysoka energochłonność ww. budynku generuje nadmierne koszty ich utrzymania (szczególnie w sezonie grzewczym), co jest znaczącym obciążeniem budżetowym dla podmiotów prowadzących w nich swoją działalność. Prace termomodernizacyjne budynku szkoły w Oławie, przy pomocy najniższych możliwych nakładów osiąga największe roczne zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię o 64,30%, co przełoży się na roczną oszczędność kosztów energii w wysokości 126.155,73 zł oraz pozwoli na redukcję emisji CO2 o 61,45%.
