Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu planuje zakup zakup nowoczesnej, energooszczędnej linii technologicznej umożliwiającej produkcję elementów systemu ogrzewania podłogowego, a mianowicie spinki montażowej do mocowania rur w powierzchniowych instalacjach grzewczych. Celem głównym projektu jest rozwój firmy poprzez i wzrost konkurencyjności poprzez zwiększenie potencjału produkcyjnego i modernizacja sprzętowa obecnej linii technologicznej na bardziej efektywną energetycznie. Wdrożenie tej technologii umożliwi produkcję nowego, gotowego wyrobu, jakim jest spinka montażowa, począwszy od fazy podawania granulatu, poprzez uplastycznienie, jak i sam proces wtrysku w przygotowanej formie oraz transport gotowego wyrobu. Spinka produkowana jest z tworzywa sztucznego –polipropylenu. Linia technologiczna obejmuje zakup specjalistycznej wtryskarki hydraulicznej z osprzętem. Celem pobocznym projektu jest : - modernizacja sprzętowa - energooszczędność technologiczna - usprawnienie działania firmy - zwiększenie innowacyjności firmy dla proekologicznych rozwiązań, np: redukcja emisji gazów - zwiększenie przychodów firmy i jej stabilności finansowej. Technologia zostanie wdrożona na własnym obiekcie produkcyjnym w Legnicy przy ul. Sierocińskiej, odpowiednio przygotowanym w niezbędne media i infrastrukturę w terminie IV kwartał 2016r. Wzrośnie też liczba zatrudnionych osób w wyniku realizacji projektu u Wnioskodawcy. Inwestycja ta stworzy usługi komplementarne do usług już obecnie świadczonych przez Wnioskodawcę oraz przyczyni się do podniesienia jej atrakcyjności i pozycji na rynku. Zakup nowoczesnej lini technlogicznej w sposób zasadniczy wpłynie na rozwój firmy, zwiększając jej potencjał produkcyjny, jak i jakość wyrobów, a w konsekwencji liczbę potencjalnych klientów i przychody firmy. Within the framework of the project, the applicant plans to purchase a modern, energy-efficient technological line enabling the production of elements of the underfloor heating system, namely the mounting pin for mounting pipes in surface heating installations. The main objective of the project is to develop the company through and increase competitiveness by increasing production capacity and modernising the current technological line to a more energy-efficient. The implementation of this technology will allow the production of a new, finished product, which is the assembly pin, starting with the granular application phase, through the flexibility, as well as the process of injection in the prepared form and the transport of the finished product. The cufflink is made of plastic – polypropylene. The technology line includes the purchase of a specialised hydraulic injection moulding machine with fittings. The project’s secondary objective is to: — hardware modernisation – technological energy efficiency – improving the company’s operation – increasing the company’s innovativeness for green solutions, e.g.: reducing gas emissions – increasing the company’s revenues and financial stability. The technology will be implemented on its own production facility in Legnica on ul. Sierocińska, adequately prepared in the necessary media and infrastructure within the fourth quarter of 2016. The number of people employed will also increase as a result of the implementation of the project with the Applicant. This investment will create complementary services to the services already provided by the Applicant and contribute to its attractiveness and market position. The purchase of a modern technology line will fundamentally affect the company’s development, increasing its production potential, as well as product quality, and consequently the number of potential customers and revenues of the company.
