The company was founded in order to restore, devastated in the post-war period, the palace-park complex in Kliczków. The building of the Castle was restored in the s, the park partly in the years 2013-2015. At the same time, some of the farm buildings were restored, opening the hotel-gastronomy-conference facility Folwark Książęcy. The Castle building has a volume of 32604.63 m³ and a net area of 7926.25 m². The technology used at the time of its reconstruction is now obsolete. The energy diagnosis of the existing state indicated that external walls cannot be warmed for conservation reasons, the roof is not isolated in part, the heating system consists of four boilers for ecogroves with a capacity of 300 kW each (without automation, low efficiency due to the lack of work in the cascade), within the system of hot water storage tanks do not comply with insulation requirements. These findings were the basis for the decision to implement the investment. As part of this project, projects will be carried out aimed at improving the company’s energy efficiency. The planned implementation of the project is: — modernisation of the hot water system. The Energy Audit showed that existing hot water storage tanks do not meet insulation standards and cause significant energy losses. — modernisation of the outer ceiling partition. Part of the attic is not isolated, which is the cause of higher thermal energy consumption. The purpose of this project is to eliminate this defect. — modernisation of heating system and LED lighting. As part of this task, it is planned to modernise ventilation in the rooms of the pool and its facilities, kitchen and theatre hall, which will result in the recovery of a significant part of the heat. In addition, boilers will be modernised to install systems with automation that significantly improve the efficiency of the installation. (English)

    Spółka powstała w celu odrestaurowania, zdewastowanego w okresie powojennym, kompleksu pałacowo-parkowego w Kliczkowie. Budynek Zamku został odrestaurowany w latach dziewięćdziesiątych XXw., park częściowo w latach 2013-2015r. W tym samym czasie przywrócono świetność również części zabudowań folwarcznych, otwierając w nich obiekt hotelarsko-gastronomiczno-konferencyjny Folwark Książęcy. Budynek Zamku posiada kubaturę 32604,63 m3 oraz powierzchnię netto 7926,25 m2. Zastosowane w czasie jego odbudowy technologie są obecnie przestarzałe. Diagnoza energetyczna stanu istniejącego wskazała, że ścian zewnętrznych ze względów konserwatorskich nie można docieplić, dach w części nie jest izolowany, system grzewczy składa się z czterech kotłów na ekogroszek o mocy 300 kW każdy (nie posiadają automatyki, niska sprawność z powodu braku możliwości pracy w kaskadzie), w ramach systemu cwu zasobniki ciepłej wody nie spełniają wymogów izolacyjnych. Te ustalenia były podstawą podjęcia decyzji o realizacji inwestycji. W ramach przedmiotowego projektu zostaną przeprowadzone przedsięwzięcia, których celem będzie podniesienie efektywności energetycznej Firmy. Planowane do realizacji przedsięwzięcia to: - modernizacja systemu ciepłej wody użytkowej. Przeprowadzony Audyt energetyczny wskazał, że istniejące zasobniki ciepłej wody nie spełniają standardów izolacyjnych i powodują znaczne straty energii. - modernizacja przegrody strop zewnętrzny. Część poddasza nie jest izolowana, co jest przyczyną większego zużycia energii cieplnej. Niniejszy projekt ma na celu dokonanie wyeliminowania tej wady. - modernizacja systemu grzewczego i oświetlenia LED. W ramach tego zadania przewidziano modernizację wentylacji w pomieszczeniach basenu i jego zaplecza, kuchni, Sali Teatralnej, co ma skutkować odzyskiwaniem znacznej części ciepła. Ponadto zostanie zmodernizowana kotłowania w celu zainstalowania systemów wraz z automatyką znacznie podnoszących sprawność instalacji. (Polish)
