CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia w okresie 1.3.2018-29.2.2020 144os. w wieku 18-29 lat (w tym z niepełnosprawnościami), bez pracy, biernych zawodowo, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu – tzw. młodzież NEET, w przypadku których bariery edukacyjno-zawodowe są największe, poprzez wyposażenie ich w umiejętności i doświadczenie zawodowe wymagane przez pracodawców, przeciwdziałając bierności i wykluczeniu oraz umożliwiając im trwałą zmianę syt.zawodowej.GŁÓWNYM REZULTATAMI projektu są:liczba osób poniżej 30 lat, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu: 61 os.efektywność zatrudnieniowa:w przypadku osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z poniżej wymienionych grup: 43%w przypadku osób z niepełnosprawnościami: 17%w przypadku osób długotrwale bezrobotnych: 35%w przypadku osób o niskich kwalifikacjach: 48%.GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ są 144os. fizyczne (72K, 72M), w wieku 18-29 lat zamieszkujące w roz.KC w woj.śląskim, wyłącznie bierne zawodowo, w tym os.niepełnosprawne, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu – tzw. młodzież NEET, zg. z definicją PO WER 2014-2020, w szczególnie niekorzystnej syt.na rynku pracy, w tym:30K, 42M o niskich kwalifikacjach3K, 3M ON39K i 27M nienależących do gr. a-bz wyłączeniem gr.określonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1.
