The subject of the project is the development of HSW Research and Development Centre in the Company’s headquarters at ul. Bierutowska in Wrocław. The project’s material scope includes the creation of an innovative test bench with a control system necessary for the implementation of research projects included in the R & D Work Plan, formulating HSW’s development priorities over the medium term (5-6 years). The creation of a test post will take place through the purchase of fixed assets from a supplier selected under a competitive tender procedure (as defined by the Guidelines for the eligibility of expenditure under the ERDF, ESF and CF expenditure 2014-2020 of 19 September 2016). Installation of the test bench will be carried out under the supervision of HSW’s substantive staff and with the support of the cooperating scientific unit. As a result of the project, it will be possible to carry out research on improved products, the recipients of which will be the leading aircraft manufacturers: actuators – forming part of the chassis of the main aircraft. The actuator will be responsible for retracting and hiding the chassis during take-off and landing. The actuator must be tested for 5 life of the aircraft, during which flight conditions are simulated, mainly sequences of loads on the actuator. b) valve type NRV (non-return valve) – allowing the flow of liquids only in one direction. c) hydraulic brakes OBB hydraulic brakes (Out-board brake) – electrically controlled fluid flow, and hydraulically powered. d) actuators TRAS (Thrust reverser Actuation). Bierutowskiej we Wrocławiu. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje stworzenie innowacyjnego stanowiska testowego wraz z układem sterującym, niezbędnego do realizacji projektów badawczych ujętych w Planie Prac B+R, formułującym priorytety rozwojowe HSW w średnim horyzoncie czasowym (5-6 lat). W wyniku realizacji projektu możliwe będzie prowadzenie prac badawczych nad udoskonalonymi produktami, których odbiorcami będą wiodący producenci samolotów: a) siłownikami - wchodzącymi w skład podwozia głównego samolotów.
